Too many broken promises and came to find out when I finally received it that there's no oil in the engine, and the engine was knocking horribly. He put mineral spirits in engine to unclog an oil port, but then it basically destroyed it. Received it empty on gas 4 miles, spare tire used, and black coolant in the radiator. He used it as a storage and destroyed it beyond repair. I can't even recommend for an oil change. Tons of cars stacked on his lot, tons of other people must be suffering from this too. It's a graveyard and a nightmare.

Took my car in Friday, was charged $930 for a $80 part (5hr labor for a part that should take at most 2hrs) and drove off with more issues that could've caused my car to catch on fire. Was also told I needed new breaks all around which was also incorrect. Total would've had to spend over $3000. Luckily I took it to another shop in which they confirmed my breaks only needed lubricant & will be getting all else fixed that was messed up at richards. Expenses aren't the issue as clearly taking my car to a mechanic l'm ready to pay to get my car fixed. PLEASE find a genuine and honest mechanic because this is not it.
