And I'm glad I did. The professionalism Bruce's Auto showed was something of a rarity these days. I did not feel like I was getting swindled. They were very polite, affordable and timely. Too many times have I been taken advantage of by other mechanics but I can safely say you won't find such worries when visiting Bruce. And like some of the other reviews have stated, this garage holds high integrity and an outstanding work ethic. I've found my home mechanic. Thank you Bruce!

About two hours later we didn't receive the call so we called to see if they were able to get the car up and their response was to " just come pick up the car" and refused the service. He didn't give us a wait time he said we just needed to pick it up and they wouldn't be able to see the car? Now we have waste two hours of morning when we could have gone somewhere else we understand if they are busy but by would Bruce accept in the beginning and gave us a time he would call us back. In my opinion racism was shown.

My car had stopped shifting into 3rd gear the day before I drove it in your shop. I drove it in the…read morenext day told him the problem and he checked my transmission fluid and scanned my car to pull the codes. He told me the codes came back to "internal transmission failure" when it was codes for burnt transmission fluid and the overdrive solenoid/TCC. After he figured this out, he came back in and told me worse case scenario it would need a new torque converter (which doesn't make sense since it wasn't slipping) and quoted me 1500$ to replace it. He then told me it would cost 3000$ to overhaul the transmission, but it would cost me 200$ to diagnose it further. After I figured this out I was floored and decided to deal with it on my own. After one simple Google search I figured out it was TCC boost valve clip. Infact this is such a common problem with these transmissions that dodge sells an updated version of this part. I spent 40$ and two hours fixing my transmission when your shop wanted to charge me thousands. This was the first time I have taken a vehicle to a shop to have work done on it, and it was an unbelievably terrible experience. You run a shop full of thieves .

I was immediately and cordially greeted by Kody a Badass knowledgeable Veteran. The inside if the shop is absolutely awesome, if you are into cars and you intrigued by my review then you must visit. I was charged, he confirmed my email, said a receipt was sent by email, and said I was all set. I asked for my key, which was set down with papers, on the opposite side of the counter where they were charging me. Mind it is a wide counter like they all have, plenty of room to put it in front of me. I asked for my key he said it's right there, points, and I left. Terrible customer service and I can understand why the rating is low, unfortunately I didnt check that before going. I trust Firestone but bad customer does not encourage customers to return. I didn't like my recent experience with them. I needed to get a preventative maintenance done…read more(timing belt) on my vehicle. I spoke to one mechanic for a quote, he quoted me $1700 for parts and labor. I hold off on the services because of the price. When I asked again 3 months later, I was quoted $2100 this time by a different mechanic. But he explained how I had to replace the water pump if doing this particular service; I waited again. I waited again a couple more weeks. When I asked again, I asked yet a different mechanic. He quoted me $2400, but he didn't explained why such a high cost even though I asked what all and all will be done for the services. So I do not recommend this place for complicated services.
