Steve, Kathy and Eric Mickelberg did an excellent job cleaning my living room/dining room combo and 16 stairs/landing leading to my upstairs bedrooms. I am so pleased with the outcome, I'm so happy and overwhelmed. My carpet was in terrible shape, especially after I made an attempt to clean it myself. The carpet now looks like I had a new carpet installed. Steve and family were very professional, friendly and personable. They were on time and greeted my at the door with big smiles. The job was done efficiently and thoroughly. Steve was very knowledgeable and shared great info/tips regarding carpet care. Steve was such a joy to work with. He looked up the dimensions of all of the rooms in my home to get me the most accurate quote that he could. He was quick to schedule me and even sent a friendly reminder before the service. I gave him the garage code and he called me when he was done to touch base. The carpets looked so different I couldn't believe my eyes! Not even two weeks after the cleaning, my dog threw up and stained the newly cleaned carpets with a dark orange stain. I texted Steve and the very next day he stopped by in between jobs to clean the stain - with no charge! Great business to work with. Not only did they come out and do a great job, but they were very friendly as well.
