I called Bloomhouse Landscape and Irrigation to obtain an estimate to replace 13 sprinkler heads. I was informed that the cost should not exceed $700, if the cost when above that, I would be informed before moving forward. I walked the ground with the two-man team to explain what I needed. The team lead recommended an additional sprinkler head in the back yard. I asked for the cost, and he stated that it should not exceed $100, so I agreed, thinking that the total cost would be around $800. Upon the finish, I walked the ground to check the sprinkler heads. I'm satisfied with the work and provided the lead person with $40 cash, a $20 bonus for each person. Later, I was informed that the bill was $1,881.83, over a $1,000 increase over the estimate. I paid with a check and three (3) days later I still don't have a receipt. I've called the office 3-4 times trying to obtain why the large increase in cost and for a receipt. Still no reply. I won't use this company for any work moving forward. Recommendation to other customers of this company, DO NOT start the work until you have the estimate in writing.

They installed a french drain in my yard in Rincon Ga on November 2020 and did a terrible job.First…read morethey didn't run the drain pipe all the way to the street and when I got a good rain my yard was flooded, so I had pay someone to finish running the pipe to the street and then the pump they installed kept kicking out the GFCI , so I had to hire a plumber and they found that the wire was taped together with with electrical tape, they had to do a heat shrink tubing to solve the problem.I paid them $5200 and now all the water does is drain slow so I'm going have hire someone else to install another french drain.Stay away from these guys because you will regret hiring them
