He suggested it would be best to purchase a new faucet. I went out and purchased a new faucet, called Kim and a plumber returned and installed the faucet. Great service. Kim and the two plumbers, Patrick and Harrison were great. I highly recommend Island Plumbing.

He diagnosed the leak to be coming from the shower pan. As a result, we paid him roughly $11k to completely redo the shower and also remove the shower block windows that appeared to be a secondary leak source discovered after. As we were dealing with the issue remotely, he sent plenty of progress photos and cleaned up after the project well. The problem initially seemed fixed. Unfortunately, the identical leak started again within a year, and we scheduled a date for him to check on the shower but he never made it. We rescheduled for another date but he also failed to show up for that and has ignored our messages to remediate the issue. The problem was either misdiagnosed or incorrectly remediated. Either way, we will have to find another contractor to fix what Albert didn't. Two stars rather than one as he was very pleasant and responsive during the initial project.

I had Dyess air come out in June to fix my AC, the first service tech claimed he flushed a clog and all was well, 500$, the AC proceeded to fail again, the second individual came out claimed it was clogged and the first clog was never removed, proceeded to look at the capacitor and blew it up, 500$, third technician comes out to replace the capacitor and motro, 2750$, I have now had a fourt individual come out and take a look to tell me my dampener moto is old and failing and that that should have been discussed 3 visits prior, 129$, and now if I was to call and have the FIFTH individual come out to fix it it would cost me 1200$. So by my calculations it would be a grand total of 5080$ that this company has squeezed out of me in the past 70 days, not even 3 months later, Dyess air is the absolute most useless garbage company in the entirety of the Bluffton Savannah Beaufort area. This compan is criminal, worthless, garbage and should be shut down. Thank you and have worthless day Dyess, you beautifully lazy horrible people.

I ended up buying the correct size hoses at Grayco, installed myself . I paid $320 for the installs, $20 buckets for the connector hoses, then paid Grayco $20 buckets for the 2 correct length hoses.
