The refrigerator was never delivered on the set date on 9/4/24. My wife had to throw out food because it was going bad. From 10am to 5pm everything was out the refrigerator. on 9/6 I went to the store to ask why wasn't it delivered. My wife didn't call because she knew the owner was a friend and didn't want to rock the boat. I got home well after 7pm. Back to why no delivery. The women there didn't have any answers for me. Even though the refrigerator was tagged for delivery for 9/4 to my address. I decided to look inside the refrigerator, to my amaze it was completely dirty. When I purchased the used refrigerator (trying to save a few bucks) and I mentioned how it was dirty, I was told " no,no don't worry it will be completely cleaned inside and out." She retagged it delivery for 9/9 and wrote clearly must be cleaned. I just got home and I see my wife busting her butt cleaning the refrigerator out. What they did was just sprayed clorox all inside. That it Crusted up a film all in the inside. And the smell of bleach is overwhelming. At the moment, we cannot put the food back inside. Not just because it's not clean yet, but we have to wait for the odor of clorox to dissipate. What really p***** me off.Is that I gave them a very good tip that I left with my wife, she just gave the tip wasn't aware yet of the inside of the refrigerator until they left. If not, I would not have tip and I am in the service industry and we work hard and professional and appreciate tips.This is why I always tip generously. However, tips are deserved. It's not automatic and for this. I'm going to rate this service one star.. I hope the owner reads this and reaches out to me.If they don't then it just means that well we know what it means.

Got this fridge from a J & R appliance solution. ( Also "JC Appliances solution" in the same…read moreaddress - a little misleading or odd name change? ) They kindly added a sticker on the door - indicating their location and advertising of sale for restoration as you can see in my attached images. The refrigerator is totally banged up even though they went through the trouble of lightly wrapping it with clear cling wrap. Clearly whoever is delivering for this company can care less about delivering the products in one piece. They proudly put stickers on the appliances and yet damage them in the delivery process.

Nobody has ever showed up. The J&R lady who picks up the phone keeps telling us that they are busy and will come to our apartment in the afternoon or the following day. This has been going on for two weeks and still nobody shows up. There is always an excuse not to show up to fulfill the warranty that they provided. If you are have an issue with your appliance, please do yourself a favor and just skip J & R: Either hire a proper repairman who fixes appliance for good or buy a new refrigerator with a full year warranty instead of paying J&R for $250 or so.

They have so many beautiful pieces the owner really takes his time selecting them. There were newer pieces and vintage pieces too. Sofas, dressers, mirrors even a few appliances such as refrigerators and washer/dryers. If your looking for good quality vintage furniture or even more modern without the furniture store price tag this place is definitely worth taking a look at and I am a very picky person. There is also a woman in the front of the store that sells new/used shoes and clothes.

He apologized and said he would fix it. I have called him several times in the last two months and he said he would fix it every time. He hasn't responded since. The fact that he damaged the walls without saying anything and his subsequent lies about fixing the problem show a lack of integrity. On the fair side, he came and fixed our refrigerator quickly and it has been working ever since. Which makes it all the more disappointing that he chose not to say anything about the damage, then lied about coming to fix it.
