Okay, I admit it, I didn't call first but I was in West Bend anyway, and had taken along a lock I needed re-keyed with the intention of coming here. The Luck of the Irish was with me again as I caught Brian just as he was leaving for a job site. (I should have tried to call him first, just like you'll call first!) He took my storm door lock and explained what keying this particular lock would entail. He then left for his job site, and I went to the other business I was on my way to visit. Brian called me a couple of hours later and told me I could pick up my lock! I was pleased to be able to pick it up right away. He does NOT do automotive locks. If you're locked out of your car, call AAA, which is what you should do anyway. If you need any other kind of lock, safe, or security system, I recommend Brian at Vrana Lock & Safe for fast service and quality work. Call him. Seriously, call and make an appointment.

Incompetent and Unprofessional - Don't Waste Your Time…read more I had an extremely frustrating experience with this locksmith. I called them to cut and program a new car key, which should have been a straightforward job. After they claimed it was done, I went to test the key -- and of course, it didn't work. When I called to let them know, I was told someone would get back to me. Days passed with no response. When I finally reached someone, I was met with an attitude like I was the inconvenience. The guy on the phone was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn't care about fixing their mistake. I ended up driving back to their shop, where the same person half-heartedly tried the key again, confirmed it didn't work, and then had the nerve to blame me for the issue. No apology, no offer to make it right -- just excuses and attitude. If you want to throw away your money on a business that doesn't stand by their work, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and find a locksmith who actually knows what they're doing.
