From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. I've never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect -- but they walked me through every single step, handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and kept me updated the whole time. Jay was absolutely incredible to deal with -- professional, patient, and just genuinely kind. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!) and really went out of his way to make sure I understood the process and kept telling me not to worry. The turnaround time honestly blew...my...mind!! I thought it would take weeks, but they had my car looking brand new so much faster than I expected. The quality of the work is flawless -- you'd never even know there was damage to begin with. I am putting up a picture of the side of my car which was crunched in and my doors were mangled. He (yes my car is a "he") looks BRAND NEW! If you're ever in an accident and want a shop that actually cares, this is the place. My car was promised to be ready in 24 hours, and he definitely delivered on that promise. I am writing to formally report a deeply disturbing and dangerous incident involving the individual…read morepictured below, who appears to be operating a tow truck on behalf of your company. Without any provocation, this individual verbally assaulted me and then attempted to ram my vehicle. The situation escalated further when he deliberately positioned his tow truck in front of my car, using it to intimidate and threaten me. He proceeded to move the tow platform toward my vehicle in a manner that strongly suggested an intent to strike it. The entire encounter was alarming and left me shaken. At no point was his behavior justified or appropriate. I remain uncertain as to his exact intentions, whether he intended to damage my vehicle, force entry, or otherwise harm me, but his actions were aggressive, erratic, and posed a clear safety risk. This incident occurred in the CVS parking lot located at 375 Queen Anne Road in Teaneck. Conduct of this nature is completely unacceptable, particularly from someone entrusted with operating a large commercial vehicle on public streets. I urge you to take this matter seriously and investigate it promptly. No one should have to experience this level of intimidation or danger.

Brought my Tucson to replace Clutch actuator. My Tucson was drivable. After replacing actuator the…read morevehicle wasn't drivable any more. My vehicle was in the shop for 5 month. Long story short. I requested to put back the old part. The old part was damage so it couldn't be put back. George told me that in order for the actuator to work it has to be reprogrammed and that he didn't have the program. He stated to me that it will be cheaper to replace the transmission. I stated to George that the transmission wasn't the problem. I decided to take my vehicle to anther shop. The other shop took just approximately 2 hours to fix the problem. I gave 2 stars because George was very respectful.
