From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. I've never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect -- but they walked me through every single step, handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and kept me updated the whole time. Jay was absolutely incredible to deal with -- professional, patient, and just genuinely kind. Without any provocation, this individual verbally assaulted me and then attempted to ram my vehicle. The situation escalated further when he deliberately positioned his tow truck in front of my car, using it to intimidate and threaten me. He proceeded to move the tow platform toward my vehicle in a manner that strongly suggested an intent to strike it. The entire encounter was alarming and left me shaken. At no point was his behavior justified or appropriate. I remain uncertain as to his exact intentions, whether he intended to damage my vehicle, force entry, or otherwise harm me, but his actions were aggressive, erratic, and posed a clear safety risk. This incident occurred in the CVS parking lot located at 375 Queen Anne Road in Teaneck. Conduct of this nature is completely unacceptable, particularly from someone entrusted with operating a large commercial vehicle on public streets. I urge you to take this matter seriously and investigate it promptly. No one should have to experience this level of intimidation or danger.

Brought my Tucson to replace Clutch actuator. My Tucson was drivable. After replacing actuator the…read morevehicle wasn't drivable any more. My vehicle was in the shop for 5 month. Long story short. I requested to put back the old part. The old part was damage so it couldn't be put back. George told me that in order for the actuator to work it has to be reprogrammed and that he didn't have the program. He stated to me that it will be cheaper to replace the transmission. I stated to George that the transmission wasn't the problem. I decided to take my vehicle to anther shop. The other shop took just approximately 2 hours to fix the problem. I gave 2 stars because George was very respectful.

Extortion ! Only one…read morehour after they towed my mother's vehicle for parking in the wrong handicap we tried to retrieve it. The police told us we had til 5pm to get our car yet at 2pm they said they closed. The police called them and told them it's policy to let us get our car back. After much back and forth they didn't want to open and didn't take our calls. The police then called again and said for us to go and they had someone waiting for my mom. My handicap mother went and they lied to the police and no one was there. The owner was so nasty for no reason after my mother is crying and told her , no one can tell him how to run his business and told her to Zelle him $315 if she wants her car back or she would have to sit outside and wait until after 6pm and that's a favor he's doing. He charged extra , had my handicap mother wait sitting on the side walk, with no way back to Long Island while extorting her. So disgusting , all the sudden the owner said he had someone available in 20 mins after making her Zelle them. I will be going as far up in the chain as I need to go. For the city to allow these heartless spoke to provide services is unacceptable.
