I'd rate them a 0 if it was possible. 0/10 to update a policy and not honor your literal sign on the front door.

I was surprised at how easily we were seen on a Saturday morning but I believe it was spring break so maybe that's why! Brenda did my manicure and pedicure this time and she was phenomenal.
