I attempted to come in and get a full set as I've been doing every 2 weeks with the his nail place when they informed me today when I walked in that I couldn't because I had my child with you even though the sign on the front door says "not children under 6". I asked since when are no kids allowed at all when the sign clearly says under 6 and I've been here every 2 weeks with her and the guy at the front desk just said no you get no nails today, no kids. I'd rate them a 0 if it was possible. 0/10 to update a policy and not honor your literal sign on the front door. read more

LOVED getting my nails done here. Very quiet atmosphere, and the nail techs were very proficient. I do not recall my nail tech's name unfortunately, but she did an amazing job. She took her time and listened to my questions. The only complaint I have is that I wish it was a bit cleaner, as I saw remnants of chipped nails on the floor, but other than that, I loved my experience! Definitely will be back. My nails were about $95 for the SNS Dip power and the charms and design. read more

Do not come here!! I went for a simple fill in and the person doing my nails decided to cut off my tips instead of just filling them. But s/he pulled the tips and cut deep into my nails. I was literally BLEEDING!!! I left and was in so much pain. I never experienced this. They were not remorseful at all. They tried to make it my fault when all they needed to do was fill. And if they needed to take off then I should have been told so I could make the decision. Of course I didn't pay but the fact that there was no remorse nor apology is disgusting!!! They don't deserve business. They just want money and don't care about healthy nails. read more

I had the worst pedicure EVER from a nail tech there. I got a basic pedicure including callous removal. I have had a tech using a pumice buffer on top of my feet. My feet are still burning. I'm surprised I still have skin left. The massage was weak and half done. Yen acted as though she didn't want to be there and took her frustration out on me. This place is awesome! Judy is my nail tech and she strives to make you happy. I didn't have a pleasant experience with another tech but she stepped in, very professionally and did my nails. This is the 2nd time and I haven't been disappointed. It is quite crowded but that's because they do good work. I will say, I don't care for the pedicures there so I only get my nails done when I go. I have gotten SNS and gel polish, both were superb. You won't be disappointed. read more

Today I come in at 12:30 to get a gel manicure. The guy that comes to do my nails just files them and tells me to wash my hands. I come back from washing and he's already about to start putting the gel polish on without fully cleaning my hands. I have to ask him to clean my nails. He keeps running to the back because he's playing some video game and can't fully assist me correctly. Did a pretty good job but couldn't stay off the game. Took so long because he kept putting bubbles in the left hand. read more

I absolutely love Studio Nails & Spa! I've been living in Warner Robins for 2 years and have been hopping around nail shop to nail shop, but I finally found a clean & well-rounded nail studio. All nail technicians are extremely nice & kind! The nail salon / spa itself is extremely clean and well decorated. I've gotten pedicures and manicures done. Both times have been amazing. I just recently got a fill in and Sarah helped me. She did an amazing job!! The pictures show! (Don't mind my cuticles. Lol) The wait is usually long during the weekends but that's expected. I went there for the first time after being loyal to bamboo for couple years. I was impressed with the environment with the decor and cleanliness. Staff was friendly and nice. They did wonderfully in my pedicure. But as for the SNS it did not last very long. Less a week mine started chipping away and falling off one by one. My girlfriend who went with me has the same problem. Her nails are chipping away. We won't get our nails there again but as for pedicures I'll be going back just for that. read more

The place looks nice but staff is rude. The person who did my pedicure was not friendly at all he kept asking to add acrylic (because it cost extra) on my toenail because it was broken. I informed him that i already had ingrown nails on my big toes and i want my toe nail to grow out. After i persistently to him no he got an attitude and did the bare minimum didn't cut, clean or remove dead skin which came with the pedicure. I spent $50 for my ingrown nails to still hurt. It looks like the only thing i got done was get a color change! read more

Judy is extremely rude. I asked her the price before she started and she told me it was $68. I found another picture and she quoted me another price. She became bothered when I told her I didn't see how she was adding up. She told me"if you don't like the prices, you can leave.," I was sitting down. I did in fact leave. Jason quoted me a lower price than Judy so I figured she was lying. Jason was busy and I had already been on the list for 4 hours, as I wanted him to do my nails. Judy's demeanor told me she obviously thought I couldn't afford their services and is used to overcharging customers. read more

Nice, clean, new nail salon. The staff was great! Very friendly, prompt & attentive. I went in for a manicure & pedicure, both gel, both white polish. There wasn't a wait & I didn't have to spend forever waiting for a tech while my feet soaked in a pedicure bowl (I hate when that happens). Both of my nail techs were VERY neat and did great jobs! They have A LOT of colors to choose from so I'll be sure to try something new the next time. read more

I had a great experience at Studio Nails. They unfortunately do not take appointments. I arrived minutes after the opening time listed for that day (9:30 AM) to see at least 2 people at manicure stations and 2 at pedicure stations with more already waiting, which I really thinks speaks to the quality of work they are doing here; however, it was also in the thick of holiday season. I waited for about only 10 minutes and had a younger guy (did not get his name) who did my acrylics exactly as requested with a great shape. I showed him a picture for the color, and he consulted another tech to get the color right. He ended up doing black gel with holographic glitter dabbed on the tips. It turned out great, and I got so many compliments. Studio was incredibly clean, and the staff were very friendly. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend to anyone in the middle Georgia area looking for a nail salon that does an excellent job. read more

I honestly don't think that I'll be returning to Studio Nails & Spa. The gentleman who did my deluxe pedicure was way too rough. A week after I got my nails done, my legs are still sore from the leg massage. & he didn't do a good job removing my dead skin. Also, he kept hitting me to get my attention which I didn't like. I understand why he did it, he didn't speak English, but I still didn't appreciate being hit. He also messed up on 3 of my toes when painting them. When it was time to get my manicure, a different man did my nails. I showed him a picture of exactly how I wanted my nails to be shaped. He did the complete opposite. & when I asked him to cut them down some, he complained. He also messed up on 2 of my nails but didn't fix them. I should have paid more attention to the mess ups they did on my fingernails & toenails before I left the salon, but my friend & I had already waited for 1 1/2 hours before someone came & started the services we wanted, so I was just ready to go. So with that & actually receiving our services, we were at the salon for a total of maybe close to 5 hours. There were times when the people doing our nails had to go work on other customers, too. All in all, that's a $100 dollars that I will not be getting back, & honestly, just wasn't worth what I got. I've heard good things about this salon, maybe I just wasn't serviced by the same people others who have gone to this salon & had nothing but good things to say were serviced by. It's a nice atmosphere there & the staff is very sanitary. However, based off my experience, I do not foresee myself retiring here. If you plan on going to Studio Nails & Spa, I highly suggest that you book an appointment, otherwise you'll be waiting at minimum an 1 1/2 before you're serviced (depending on how early or late in the day you get there). read more

My first time coming in winging it because I had given up on nearly all of the nail salons I'd gone to. The shop was very clean and the wait was not long at all. The SNS had a wide variety to choose from. Nikki did an AMAZING job on my SNS and managed to get my brows looking the way I wanted them to look. After trying multiple nail salons in the area that were highly rated, I've found my new nail spot. read more
