I was very skeptical because of the reviews. I figured I'd still try since they were old reviews. My nails came out great. I'm very happy with my eyebrow wax as well. The pedicure was good but the older gentleman was a little rough. The biggest issue for me was the cleanliness. It is an older establishment but that's not an issue. My daughter went in today to get a new set and they damaged her nails taking off the old set. They tried to pry them off instead of soaking them off to the point where she was in pain and asked them to stop. They ripped off her natural nails. See pictures. She ended up having to go to another nail shop to get this disaster fixed and they were in disbelief that they would do this to my daughter. They then had the audacity to ask her to pay. This is one of my favorite nail salons to go to when I'm in town! I recently swung by during my last visit in to town after a horrendous job was done by the place I went to back home and I couldn't have been happier! The prices are extremely competitive and I was in and out in 30 minutes which is a huge plus for me since I don't have much time. I've been to many salons back home that are much more expensive however, their quality and service never compare to Luv Nails. I've gotten everything from a gel manicure and pedicure to acrylic nails and I always get at least two weeks out of their work. I'd certainly recommend their salon to anyone that's in the area. read more

She worked really hard on my nails. I went in for a fill and while it's not the quality of work I'm use too it's better than a few of the places I've been in Warner Robins. The J on my nail is backwards and to everyone except me ‍. I also got my eyebrows done they were okay. Not what I asked for but I get the same shape everywhere up here. I wish I had read the reviews before accepting service. I came in for a manicure and pedicure. I received a good pedicure. However, a different person provided the gel manicure. The manicure was poorly given. Cuticles were no soaked or properly cleaned. Nail polish was sloppily applied. When I asked for a correction, the nail person, became angry and rude. Running a lot of errands so I just went to the nail place near the grocery. I needed to have my S and S taken off. The girl that did it would soak my hand in the acetone and then took the dremel tool to it 3 times. My nails are so thin that there are strange markings on them. They are also really sharp. I'm not happy. After she "fixed" my nail, it was explained to me that I should say something before I put my hand under the lamp. She really didn't want to fix it. I mean, come on, you didn't see your crappy paint job as you were painting my nails?Getting your nails done should make you feel happy. Now, I keep looking at my hand and I get angrier and angrier. I could have done better job myself. *Update - I went back and they did fix it. I did have to keep watch over the workmanship because the same mistake almost happened again. This place is terrible.. The customer service sucks, they won't listen to you at all and they are just extremely rude to you. I paid for a gel manicure and I told her a certain color and two days later my nails are already chipped.. So I went back and told them I want them all redone because they have all chipped. She would only fix the big ones and told me to find the color, so I found the color I had chosen and it turns out they had given me a different color than I had told them, so she called me a liar and said I would have to pay full price. I've been here a few times. At first it was really good but the last 3 times I went we're awful! They employees were rude & didn't do a good job. I'm only giving 1 star because I'm pretty sure you have to. They argue with you to up charge services for a pedicure and then the actual pedicure was terrible. The paint job is uneven and looks sloppy at the cuticle. read more

The up-selling is almost criminal! I've been here twice while visiting family from out of town. On both occasions the women working tried to up-sell the services by pretending they don't understand English that well, and like they didn't hear you say you wanted a basic service instead of a deluxe. The first time they got the extra service from a then confused 13 year old (my niece). But this time I was ready for their shady ways. I treated my mom and niece again. For the 14 year old we got just a regular polish, no gel. The women tried to tell me a regular polish would last only TWO DAYS! I pushed back and said a regular polish should last for a week! As a sidenote I would demand a refund for any polish lasting only 2 days. The woman tried to push back with the 1-2 days as a tactic to up-sell the gel, but I maintained a regular polish should last a week. My mom got the gel manicure and the regular pedicure. These women actually tried to sell a GEL pedicure, which btw is NOT done anywhere because it's not necessary. For both I had to tell these women 3 separate times which service, as they kept trying to confuse my mother and niece by asking what service they wanted and pointing to higher priced items on their price list. And these women were visibly TICKED and rude when I put my foot down and maintained the service originally requested. The woman doing my mothers hands cut her cuticles painfully in several spots and had the massage chair on so high it caused lumps (not kidding)! The woman who did my niece was so RUDE, she was not even pretending to be friendly. The 3 women who were working, were also talking sh*t about us in their native language (google translator is not your friend ladies). So if you want to be talked badly about in a foreign language and laughed at for refusing to be swindled, this is the place for you! Also this place does not have good sanitation and it seems just generally pretty dirty here. Needless to say, the next visit I will be treating my loved ones at a higher quality salon where the staff isn't so piggish. As to the quality of the manicure besides the cuts, the nails were also not shaped correctly. Save your money, and go elsewhere. read more

If I was able to leave no stars, I would. Service was horrible, the lady doing my pedicure was so rough and cut my nails too short. I told her she was hurting me and she simply said, "Oh." My water was cold and when I told her, she spoke the the lady next to her in Vietnamese and never changed the water temperature. (How hard is it to add some hot water?) She did an awful job painting my toes and after the third time of her sticking her finger into the wet polish of my big toe, I finally told her I really had to go. They overcharged for my pedicure and refused to honor their advertised price. I will not be back and highly recommend no one go there. I have been here several times and today, a Sunday, I walked in asking how long it would be for a gel manicure for my 90 year old grandmother and a gel pedicure for myself. The woman sitting at the first station said that she could take us immediately, I hesitated as there were about 5 woman sitting in chairs waiting. Shocked but relieved, I went to the car to get my grandmother. We walked in and stood for a few seconds, she then said "sit". A little confused, I proceeded to sit with my grandma. I asked the other ladies if they were waiting to be seen, 3 said yes. I then asked the woman again how long it would be and she then said 5-10 minutes. I mentioned that she said that she could take me immediately and she said "you could leave". So me and my grandmother left. I have absolutely no tolerance for rude people in business. I have been searching for a nail salon for a couple of years now. I even vowed that I would simply do my own pedicures. Well, looking at my fiances' feet, I knew that was a job I did not want to tackle so, I grabbed him in between meetings and swung by this salon. We got in right away (its a rainy day) and Susan immediately went to work on his feet. Lets just say this was not an easy task! Tim provided me with a great pedicure. Went for a mani pedi - the pedicure was so horrible, stopped it at that. The lady was so rough on my feet - seemed like she filed and buffed a layer of skin off my toes and feet. Her phone RANG across the room, she answered it, talked and came back. One of the other girls phone rang, she left her customer. Really, your phones on loud and answering while you have a client? Worst experience of my life! I go to nail luv for a pedicure, standard "come in pick your color" greeting. I was told to sit at the first "spa chair". The man doing my pedicure was the rudest person I have ever come across in any industry. My first strike came when I explained to him that I had severe nerve damage on my left leg and to not rub a certain area....he then literally slams his fist down onto my leg stopping about half an inch before he hits my leg...I jerked away of course and he laughed and said he was joking. Mind you he did not listen to my request at all and rubbed hard on my nerve damage...causing a lot of pain for me. The second strike came when without permission he began using one of the electric powered buffing tools that they use when you get acrylics...on my toes! I asked him not to do that....and he gave me a huge attitude about it. He was rough and cut my skin several times during the pedicure. I was going to get a manicure too, however I was so disturbed by my pedicure experience I told him I was no longer getting a manicure. No exaggeration he stomps to the back yelling in a different language and yelling towards the other people working in the salon. The woman that cashed me out insisted that I stay and get a manicure...but there was no point after that. Mind you, I am not a person that is difficult to deal with, in no way did I disrespect this man, but I will never EVER go back to this place...and I warn you now...STAY AWAY! read more
