Brought car in for hand wash, vacuum and interior window clean as part of the $50 service. The back seats were left with numerous dirt marks across the seat where their shoes wiped the dirt during the back windshield glass clean. They missed completely vacuuming between the seats and console in the front. Not a good job at all! This was first time at UBAD Beaverton, and you would think that they would want your first experience to be great and the service done properly... Nope! Never going back and do NOT recommend to anyone at all. BTW we notified Jose of the dirt on the seat and never heard a word back. read more

Excellently cleaned and cared for, and they've also been accommodating when my pickup schedule was a little bit more restrictive. Responsive and communicative. I absolutely vouch for these guys 100%!! They are fast and do a phenomenal job. We drop both of our M3's off here weekly to get hand washed inside and out and for $40-$50 you won't find a better deal. Especially if you're a car enthusiast and want every single wheel spoke scrubbed and the carpets taken out and cleaned right. They may do great work, I have no idea and i have no intention on ever finding out.. I do know that the customer service is horrible. I was there today about 20-30 minutes ago. Being that it's my first time, I had no idea where to park so I rolled down my window and asked one employee who ignored and another one who told me to go park at A&P which I did. As I walk back past him to the office he points towards it in a dismissive fashion. I sat inside and waited but no one ever came to check me in or to see if I needed anything. I stood up and placed myself directly in front of the window so they could see me waiting and even though they saw me and made eye contact no one came in. After waiting a little longer I become irritated and left. As I'm walking to my truck, the guy who told me to park at A&P ask me what happened and I explained. He tells me to "relax" and "come back in a few hours if I want to speak with someone, his boss has more important stuff" to which I laughed and said no way. read more

Total RIP OFF! Don't be fooled by this guys overly talkative convincing con. I asked if they could remove the light swirl buffing scratches and other similar light scratches caused by using a car wash brush. I was told it would take 6 hours and they would use various light compounds then complete it with P21S Wax. Get this! I arrived an hour and a half early and the car was done. How long did they actually work on it? I don't know, but it wasn't 6 hours. Now the big disappointment! Once I washed the car a few days later, it seemed as if most of the wax came off and exposed the same light scratches I was told would be gone. Talk about feeling disgusted and ripped off. After calling to complain, I was told, why didn't you say something when you were here. I highly recommend going someplace else or take the chance of being taken for your money. read more

My car had paint abrasions and some bad paint touch ups (done elsewhere) that I wanted fixed before selling it. After they were finished I jokingly asked where my car was (it was in front of me). Holy Cow! Never did I imagine a 20-yr-old F250 could look so good. Detailing it was a Father's Day gift to my husband, who's hard to impress and he was nearly speechless. The truck has always been parked outside and after another rough winter of leaves, grunge, tree mess, grime, mud and hauling manure twice, it was a mess. I thought $200 was fair for the awful job of simply powerwashing the bedliner, doing the windows & waxing the truck, but Roberto went the extra mile and did much of the interior, too. When Husband drove it home, I saw those huge 20-yr-old wheels sparkle in the sun, not to mention the shiny black tires. Wow. Good job, guys ... we'll sing your praises. I was led through a flooded area by police. Water flooded in our cab. This was the first brand new car we have ever had and have only had it a little over a month. Boy did I feel stupid and terrible. These guys treated us with respect and did an outstanding job. They stayed open a few extra minutes so they could vacuum out the water right away and even gave me a ride home. someone recently damaged my van and i needed an estimate for the repairs. i drove by this place and thought i would try them out. big mistake. i got the estimate and gave it to the people who did the damage. they sent the check to ubad so i had to use them. they called me and said that my new hood was in and that i only had to drop it off for one hour so they could install it. they wanted it at 8am so i went there at 8 and no one was there so i hid the key. i waited all day and finally called them and they said the hood would not be there for 2 more days. ????!!!!! so i got my van back and told them to call me when it was ready to install. they called 8 days later. so i dropped it off again and i told them to call me when it was ready. no call. i waited 6 hours and called them and they said it would be another 2 hours. i have no idea how these people could be in business with this type of behavior. i would not recommend them to anyone for anything. read more
