Sam and Ryan were also very professional, prompt, and friendly. Sam kept communications open before delivery to make sure the weather would cooperate on our delivery day (which it did). They both paid attention to detail, which we greatly appreciated. As for the actual hot tub, we love it! Our only regret is not buying one sooner.

We got the…read moreProzone and then began the learning process which was so simple- turn the 2 speed pump on high in the morning when we went out, brush the pool, then come back out in the evening, and do a quick vacuum. We used 2-3" chorine tablets a week and that was it. NOTE- it took a while to get the electricity set up so the pool needed so expert help so being new to a pool, I went down every week for a water test, bought what I needed to stabilize it and they after a few weeks they said "You are good". Country called and asked if we wanted our pool closed by them and I immediately said "Yes". Youssef came out, told me what I needed and needed to do which were easy! He also explained when I would need a new cover and which one to get. He was GREAT! I didn't get the pool to work at it or have a hobby and they have made that happen.

We told them very clearly and very carefully that we wanted this exact pool installed in our backyard! How much is the total bill? They told us a grand total ! And we paid them in full on the spot! Just like they said was their policy! Well we finally got the pool installed! Then it was time for a new crew to come install the lights and the fountains! But this time they showed up at my home all the way in Cushing Oklahoma and said they didn't have the right parts to do anything! A few hours later I get a call from Country Leisure and now they say so sorry you didn't pay for lights but for an extra 2 thousand dollars we put them on! Yes we know we was supposed to write it down but we didnt! So sorry ! I just said stop apologizing and do the right thing! Stand up and be accountable for what the deal was! Be responsible for your mistake ! Unfortunately they have chosen not to be responsible for their mistake! So I would most definitely 100 percent suggest to anyone doing any business with these people just keep your eyes open and your hands on your pocketbook ! Treated our property with great respect and were fast. We then went in to get our chemicals and Caleb was amazing and super knowledgeable. He also made great recommendations on what to get and what not to which enabled us to get everything we needed in 1 trip. We had a small issue, called them and we got an appointment set up in 2 days. A service technician came out (again on time) and fixed the issue quickly and we are set up. The customer service is amazing and everyone is super friendly and eager to help us with everything.

The first time we had Galaxy come out for a repair they diagnosed a bad pump. It costed $800, which didn't fix the problem. A couple of months go by and we have Galaxy come out again. This time Galaxy diagnoses the problem as a heating element and said it would cost $1500 to replace. We decided to find someone else this time. We called Affordable Spa Service, Marcos and his team were out to our house the very next day. As soon as they arrived on site they got to work. Within ten minutes they found the problem, a wire had been plugged in incorrectly. They still stayed the hour we paid for to ensure the hot tub heated up and everything functioned properly. Marcos and his team are very good, thorough and don't try to sale anything extra. No problems with our hot tub to this date! I highly recommend Affordable Spa Service!!!

Unfortunately one of the young men that works there I believe it's Tim's son does not like me I feel because of my political views. For context like everybody in Oklahoma City over the past four years have had lots of problems with algae blooms and we all shared my frustrations but when I was in there earlier this year I think his name is Jordan told me to wait outside the "testing"area. After 10 minutes my back was killing me ( I am 65 years old) so I stepped inside and sat on the stool. He continued to help the customer another 10 minutes then a lady walked in at which point he walked right around me and went up to help her; I was really angry. I saw Daniel and quite honestly dumped my frustration on him telling him to come back and help me with my testing. It devolved from there with Daniel yelling at me because I called him Dan then Jordan walked by with a condescending voice telling me I could leave if I didn't like it. After four years of algae blooms, green pool and lots of new filter medium/chemicals I learned all the chemistry and had the pool balanced perfectly. No more problems I simply wanted them to test my water for phosphates because even though I had hired a pool guy I was still going to buy all my chemicals from Leisure Time. A few months ago I was trying to purchase a $1500 pump from them but they would not return my calls so I guess I've been banned from the store; don't care but really do not like dealing with Leslie's Pools.
