Jim is a man of his word and is one of the most honest, reliable, and communicative contractors I have worked with and we've built 2 homes and completely remodeled one, so I've worked with MANY contractors. Jim is also a very straight shooter so I can imagine the few people who have left negative reviews are either high-maintenance and over demanding, or scammers who wanted something for free or cheap. When our deck wasn't exactly as we wanted and had been agreed Jim ripped it all out and redid it at zero extra cost to us because as he said, we didn't get what we asked for and it's the right thing to do. He's honest, professional, was present throughout and delivered a pool EARLY during the summer that is more than we dreamed of. We LOVE it and so do our kids. We also asked to see his insurance and bonding info and confirmed he has both, not that we except to use them but it's part of the due diligence anyone should do!

We called Aqua Haven to be told we would need to contact a repair person. When we attempted to set up regular service, we were told they didn't have availability. When it was time to close the pool, we were told they didn't availability. When we reopened the pool this spring, it had "floated," due to a leak. When we contacted the service department at Aqua Haven, Cody took the case and told us within days that our warranty was void because we used someone else to close the pool. We contacted multiple other repair companies and were quoted absurd amounts to fix our four year old pool. We are having it removed instead. 50+K for a few summers of swimming. Aqua Haven has great service until the day after install. Then you are on your own. Know what you are getting into.

As we watched our neighbors enjoy their pool that Summer I reached out to Ty and his staff at TNT Pools the following Spring and had him come out tell us about his pools. We'd interviewed several pool companies and decided on a fiberglass pool because of the shifting soil/earthquakes in Oklahoma. Almost all of the gunnite pools we'd looked at had cracking from the shifting soil issues, the fiberglass had not. TNT Pools was straight forward about the build, price, concise on their timeline with the caveat of weather (rain) as being the only delay, should it come up. They were onsite for about a week, had to dig through heavy limestone but got our pool installed in time (approx 9 days). We went with a salt system (Zodiac LM24) and have never looked back. The beautiful backyard, enhancement to our property and use of the pool was so worth it. When you house becomes the favorite house for your kids and their friends it's so much easier not to worry about where your children are at when they're just outside the back door. When it comes to service after the sale Ty and his staff are second to none. We've had to replace a pump (they go out after many years) and the sand in our filter changed, it was just a quick call and TNT's staff was promptly at the house. I have recommend Ty and TNT Pools and Spas to many friends who have had pools installed at their homes, all of them have had the same experience, very satisfied. Their response time and communication was fantastic. They completed a thorough leak detection process which identified the leak and they fixed it without tearing up concrete or stone.
