S&T Shoe Service did a fantastic job in repairing my PUSH brace for a painful arthritic carpometacarpal (CMC) thumb joint. I have been wearing these braces since 2020 and the Velcro on the right-hand brace was completely worn out. New braces cost over $100 EACH. The leather craftsman at S&T had never repaired PUSH braces before, but he said he would try. Four days later the brace was ready, better than new! In the photo, the repaired brace is on the right. I brought my cowboy boots in for a new heel top lift and vibram sole. They came back perfect and ready for a lot more miles. I'd include pictures but I was excited & put them on immediately, scuffing them back in for normal use. I've been wearing them for a couple weeks now and can tell you the work quality is solid. I would give zero stars if I could I wanted new zippers to replace my still operational zippers on my older boots, so my husband decided to surprise me and get that done. They broke the slide and sent them home with my husband without disclosing it to him and said "they were too far gone", when in reality they did not want to take responsibility for what they did & were counting on my elderly husband not noticing. Now I have boots I can't zip, a BBB complaint to write and the possibility of having to spend a grand on boots to replace them. I am heartbroken and disgusted and will seek whatever recourse I can. read more

Owner, same person who helped me last month. said the prices were raised 9 months ago. That's it for me, I'm done! Called shoe repair in Keizer, their cost $9.50 . I was shocked if I was rude to the owner I apologize. He has a right to charge whatever he wants. I won't be recommending anyone. read more

The price was reasonable ($32), the work is neat, the materials seem to be high quality, and they shined up my boots while they had them--a nice touch, and not everyone does that! I brought in my deceased father's sheepskin jacket to repair a small tear along the seam in back. She assured me that she could fix it and "I would not even see it". I dropped it off on Sept 29 and it was scheduled to be cleaned, repaired, and ready for pickup on Oct 23rd. It was finally done on November 14th and it looks TERRIBLE. She actually stitched on top the suede and used a dark brown patch which shows through on a light tan coat. This was being repaired for my military son and has great sentimental value. Now I have to find another repair shop that can fix the mess they made of this coat. Why can't people just say "we can't do it" when they have no business making this type of repair. Terrible customer service, the woman just talks over you, as if that makes it all better. read more

I will NEVER let Sanders Shoe Services work on my boots again . Took my Danners to them for a simple resole job . Soles would not stay on the boot , kept coming loose at the toe , and coming off . Took them back 3 times to correct the problem . Somehow they managed to restick it enough times it made it thru the life of the sole (9-12 months ) I work in my boots . When it came apart the fourth time , I told them it was close enough for a resole and see if they could fix the problem of the sole not sticking . All these repairs were charged full price , as if it was not their glue that was the problem . But the icing on the cake was when I picked them up for the last time . Some how in the resole process they managed to shrink ONE boot a whole size . I cant even put my foot in the anymore . They say its impossible for them to shrink the boot implying that at age 50 one of my feet grew a whole size in a week . read more
