Instead I ended up with a disastorous haircut that was long on random pieces, the fringe was cut block (on a young guy?!) then cut diagonally upwards when I asked her to fix it. The natural curls were not worked around and there was no texture or layers put into the top. A complete nightmare and I was so upset about it. Your hair makes you who you are in a lot of ways, and I left (without paying) feeling completely let down and really, really upset at the state of my now very short and ragged hair. There is not much that anyone can do with it now! Staff were very friendly however, if poor at cutting hair. The salon was also modern and clean.

My best friend also had a bad experience with Rosie. It was near the end of the day and her hair was not finished she was one of the last customers to leave and Rosie was standing at the main entrance and as my friend walked out Rosie said to her we do have other things to do you know. Why her hair taking longer than planned was my friends fault I don't know but she had just paid over £350 and to be spoken to like that isn't on in my opinion. I have also had Rosie do my hair she washed it with freezing water cut it terrible and had an attitude like she THOUGHT she was better than everyone else and it was some kind of favour she was doing for me by doing my hair huffing puffing and sighing the whole way through. I would be here all day if I had to write every person that has told me of the experience they have had with this vile persons bad attitude and styling. She definitely let's McIntyres down.

I have been to this salon several times to get my hair cut and each time I leave feeling completely fabulous! From the moment you walk into the salon you feel like a valued customer as all the staff are incredibly friendly. Each time I have been it has always been very busy, although I have always managed to get an appointment at the last minute which is a bonus. Getting my hair washed at Medusa is definitely my favourite aspect of the hairdressing experience. They lather your hair in the most delicious smelling shampoo and massage your head for a wee while which is so relaxing! My hairdresser was very friendly and understood exactly what it was I was after. The prices start at £32 for a ladies hair cut and blow dry which I first thought was a little bit expensive but having been and experienced the service, I found that it was very worth it. They do offer student discounts which start at 10%. Medusa also has a beauty salon in its hairdressing store and offers manicures and pedicures.

She fitted us all in on the morning of the wedding about 10 in total and had us all looking gorgeous by 1.30pm. Most were wash and blow drys but she put my daughers hair up in a really funky style and it was amazing. It stayed up all day and in fact even until the next morning. I suppose this had something to do with the dozens of clips in it! Would recommend this hairdressers to anyone.

i usually go to this hairdressers. i am always happy with my cut from here, a lot of care and…read moreattention is paid when cutting. good prices. its best to make an appointment in here, it is normally quite busy. it's a lovely shop and the staff are very attentive. they will not let you leave the shop unless you are 100 percent happy and have got the exact look you wanted when you went in. getting parked outside the shop is a bit of a pain though, there are a lot of lorrys going by, so you need to make sure you tuck in your wing mirror (i learned this the hard way). i'd definitely recommend this hairdressers.

He has seen me thru everything from the rachel cut to dip dyes to highlights and I can honestly say he will not do something that he feels would not suit me or be too difficult to look after in the home. A good hairdresser is hard to find but this is one of the good ones. Highly recomended is a little expensive.
