The pick-up & drop off was on time and I got notified via text message when they were nearby. Laundry came neatly folded and organized by category so putting it away was a breeze. As soon as the two other ladies left, the woman who worked there just turned off all the lights without a word! I was in middle folding my clothes and was packing to leave. I wasn't sure if they had simply locked up for the night with me still there! I had to go looking for the woman who worked there. When I asked if she could at least turn on a couple lights for a few minutes, so that I could at least see. The response I got was no. It's simple customer service to give customers a fair warning before turning off the lights! Oh, some of my clothes fell to the floor in the dark. I had to take them elsewhere to rewash them.

I have been coming here for a couple of months now and this is the first incident I had that they lost shirt of mine and was not able to get the full cost of the shirt due to policy. I understand but I'm still out money even tho I did get use out of the shirt. It is what it is and things happen. I had 2 men's shirts, 3 pants, 2 blouses, 6 cardigans and the total was $45.35. I'll have to ask on my next visit what each garment costs for dry cleaning. The principle of that is astounding to me and amazing to see. They have won my business forever.
