It is now about a year later and I have called Brian over and over about a dip in the driveway (something we expected could happen) "just call and we'll take care of it". No on returns my calls. I even had friends call for a quote from him, they got the quote and when questioned, never any follow up. Not sure what happened to this man or company. If you are looking for follow up or any communication after the job, beware.

Jack is the owner (or owners son?), he came knocking on my…read moredoor saying he was doing work in the area and had extra asphalt he didn't want to waste and asked if I wanted my driveway done. That should have been my first clue, but I'm new to this. His workers completed the whole job by hand and when I asked if he could use the roller machine so it's even, he said it's at another job so that wasn't an option. When the pavement dried unevenly and I called him to come fix it, he said he's not going to drive all the way to me for one customer and that it would cost him too much money to come back, despite me paying thousands for him to complete this job. He said he would come fix it if he were ever in the area again. I called again because he told me to not drive on the driveway for one full week. So 8 days later, I only pulled into the bottom of the driveway to turn around and the asphalt ripped up and he said the pavement wouldn't be dried for a full year and that divots and unevenness was normal?? And again refused to come out after sending him photos that he requested of the job. The customer service here was atrocious. Still hasn't responded to me. This company is garbage!

They've paved both and sealed my residence twice. This company does not disappoint. In fact, I was away when they came. I was that confident in a great job! Upon my return, the job was complete and done well. Even my neighbor complimented the quality of the work (and he had just had his driveway sealed by another company) I don't even shop around for the best price. I know they're price is fair and I know I'm going to be pleased with the work. Don't waste your time with fly by nights with a pick up and a trailer. BDB is the best around.

I can't tell yet what the value is because it hasn't rained that much, but I have heard water going into and down the sump pump even with minor amounts of rain. However, I have been in many basements in Albany and some belonging to friends houses, and I have always seen that an Adirondack basement is clean and dry.

It turns out they had a team in Albany on one specific day, and because my driveway was not too large, they could add me in. Wow, what a great job they did. They arrived early, they had my driveway prepped in less than 20 minutes, and the whole job was done in less than an hour. They even took the time to examine the edges to pick up loose pieces of twig and grass that had blown on while applying the sealant. I have no idea if I will be fortunate enough to get SealPro back in the future, but I'll certainly pursue it.
