When I was a regular I developed a friendship with the staff, especially a very nice lady who was a cashier.we would always make small talk, She was very polite and helpful. Let me tell you a story, I was shopping in there one day. I said hello to her and she didn't respond like she knew me. She spoke and said hello and was like who is this guy I dont know him,I said wait a minute this is not my friend the cashier,come to find out it was her identical twin sister. A few minutes later I saw them together. They looked exactly alike . But this particular c-town always had some really good sales. I accidentally marked an onion as a potato and the man ran behind me as though it were a crisis. He informed me I selected the wrong option. I said oh I didn't realize and he responded "it's ok" in a condescending tone as though I were stealing, to which I replied it was an accident. He couldn't even help me, he had to calm the original woman who was standing f by self checkout to fix (because it was her job to do, not his). Even after she fixed and I paid ANOTHER man walks over to ask the woman who helped me what the issue is. I still was the only person at checkout. Extremely poor behavior and customer service.
