The most recent interaction the women who answered the phone had a very nasty unprofessional attitude. This can be extremely dishearten if you are in crisis. It creates the impression that customers are an inconvenience rather than a priority. In addition, their selection of 12-step program literature has become extremely limited. Materials that were once consistently available are now difficult to find, which is particularly disappointing for those who depend on these resources. Overall, the level of service and support no longer reflects the standards they once maintained. Based on my recent experiences, I cannot recommend this business and would suggest looking elsewhere for more reliable assistance and access to materials.

I'm definitely going back with my shopping cart when I need bread. The premises are handicapped accessible. I watched a a blind man walk in and easily he knew to head down the wheelchair ramp. He obviously shops here regularly. The employees took his requests and brought the items to the register so he didn't have to navigate through the aisles. Everyone that works there was hard at work stocking the fresh produce and waiting on customers at the check out. There wasn't anyone behind the deli counter though. They have self service coffee by the deli. This business is very close to the New York City Housing Authority. It's close to my apartment too.
