I requested an estimate on Friday morning. Jordan reached out really quickly, and said he could come look at 4pm that day. I had a quote Saturday morning and by that afternoon we had agreed on a time on Monday to fix it. Saturday night he reached out and said he could come at 9am on Sunday to fix my hot water tank. Even better! He showed up on time (which is rare now-a-days) and got right to work. Upon inspection of the new tank he noticed a dent, which he did not like. He drove all the way back to Watertown to exchange it and being a new one back. They were still done before noon. I now have a new go to for my plumbing and heating. Thank you for the great experience. I couldn't recommend them more I should also mention, Jordan was the only one to respond to me, and I called 3 others. I am glad I finally found someone reliable on this area.

Ray John Jr contractor came out to do a bid for some roof repairs for me. He seemed professional…read moreand identified what needed to be fixed and offered options to do so. We tentatively agreed on the options and then he was supposed to come out the next day at 4pm to compare replacement shingle color with new one. He never showed. I called him and left a voicemail the following day and no response even 3 days later. I text him and heard nothing. Completely unprofessional and unfortunately par for the course with many of the contractors in watertown.

Stay away from this contractor. He took my roofing material off, provided no protection, no liner…read more for the roof and disappeared. came back to do the job 2 months later. My wood ceiling and porch floor boards were ruined. Then he refused to file a liability claim on his insurance, because he probably do not have one, but he always claimed he did. He said he will email a policy and just rushed to take my roof off.
