Top notch, first-class service! Have used SA Junk Haul twice now. Reasonable rates, professional (company logo on truck and workers wearing company uniforms), and quite responsive using the Yelp messaging service. They even cleaned up the floor of the garage AND the driveway after picking up the junk with broom/dustpan and a leaf blower. And then went the extra mile using the leaf blower for the entire garage (walls, concrete control joints where debris likes to accumulate, and ceiling corners) to blow away cobwebs and other fine debris. Overall superb service, probably unmatched in at least all of San Diego County. Will certainly use them again in the future. Pics below.

We recently tore down a temporary metal pergola and replaced it with a cedar wood pergola. When the project was complete, we were left with extra cedar plank beams and all the metal beams from the first pergola (each piece about 7 feet in height). After spending a few hours trying to cut down the wood beams into smaller pieces, we looked up junk hauling services and reached out to SA Junk Haul based on the reviews - and we are SO glad we did! They will be our go-to junk hauling company from now on. The whole process was easy from start to finish. They provided quick messaging and estimates (VERY reasonable) via Yelp Projects. We set an appointment and they confirmed the night before and also sent a text message when they were 20 minutes away. Upon arrival, they were nice, energetic, smiling, and excited to haul away our construction materials. They were on time, quickly loaded their truck and also cleaned up the sidewalk before heading out. Payment via Venmo was very easy and convenient. I wish we had thought of using a junk hauling service (especially SA Junk Haul) over the last few years with all the renovations we have been going through. Good news is, the projects are on-going and now we know who to call to help us clean up after our DIY projects are over. Highly recommend 100% !! Thanks guys !!

We had a complete demo of a huge 1980s jacuzzi tub and a 101 " built in bathroom vanity. Everything went great. Excellent service at a competitive price and exactly what we needed. The project was done very quickly and the work site was left clean. Highly recommend.

I posted my project on Yelp (one of my favorite things to do) and immediately received several quotes. SA Junk Haul had the most competitive quote, by about 10% less than the next lowest quote. Once I chose this business, Sam messaged me to set the appointment, and let me know a 30 minute window that they would arrive the next day. He also advised they would message me when they were on the way. As someone whonhates waiting around, I found this very helpful. The day of pickup (less than 24 hours after picking this business) I got a text message they were on the way, and they showed up in the pickup window. Friendly, timely, respectful of our property, and reasonable costs are the reason I am giving them 5 stars. I highly recommend!!!! read more

Shoutout to Sam and his crew for the super easy junk haul. I sent out a request to multiple companies on Yelp, and SA was the first to respond back with the cheapest price by far. Not only that, he was able to fit me in the NEXT DAY. I got a text when they were about 25 minutes out, and they arrived right on time. We didn't have much, but those guys finished the job in about 10 minutes and payment through Venmo was as easy as it gets. These guys even took a leaf blower to the driveway for cleanup afterwards! I just wanted to mention some highlights of working with LAP Demolition: 1) Luis came out the same day I called him to give me a quote and sent me the estimate right when he said he would. 2) The quote was significantly cheaper than any of the other quotes we had gotten, and the quote was written very clearly so we could see exactly what we were paying for. 3) Luis was very helpful and friendly and pointed out helpful details, such as suggesting we leave the support boards on the house until we could get stucco work to repair the exterior. He was also very flexible about the date of the demo as we wanted to schedule it for two weeks out, rather than doing it immediately. 4) Luis and his crew arrived right on time the day of and completed everything within about 4.5 hours. They brought their own portable toilet and were very efficient and tidy. They even swept up any sawdust left over and hauled everything away. We really appreciate the high-quality work that Luis and his crew did and we now have a blank slate for our future house projects. We highly recommend Luis and his team for any demolition projects in the area.
