The nice picture with the bling is when I went in the lady did nice but they use cheap acrylic so it does tend to lift. The second time the owner lady was rude. They are always rude when I go in. And she rushed my nails made them thick and sloppy. I won't be back and I did not tip. I am still searching for the perfect nail tech and when I find her I will tip her so well. I had seen their work online and had heard that they did amazing work. I was super excited to go and get a set done then I was informed that they don't take appointments (red flag) but said why not. I went checked in, hours later still didn't get called so I decided to leave. After all is said and done I just wasted my time there and didn't get what I was looking for. I had asked for manicure & gel paint after that...the guy was in so much rush... first he started getting g acrylic nails... The place is small but cute. They have tons of styles and colors! The gentleman ( not Richard, the other one)that did my nails had to fix a bad fill that I had gotten in Copperas Cove and he took his time & did an amazing job!! Unfortunately, I would only give 4.5 stars because they weren't prepared to receive customers until almost 1215, even though I was the first one in the door. By 1230 all the chairs were full & the technicians were late. But keeping that in mind, next time I will plan to have more time. I watched all the nail techs and it wouldn't matter who's chair I sat in I know I'm going to walk out happy. I will definitely return next time I'm in town. read more

I won't be coming here again. I came in with my dil and granddaughter all three of us wanting our nails done. They assured us on the phone they could do hand drawn nail art and can't. They took my dil first. Then three people are wide open and all ignored me and my granddaughter. not wanting to disappoint my granddaughter I had to beg one of them to do her nails. I went here today with my cousin , and let me just say this place runs itself like a factory. They don't care about what you want they disregard what you ask for and say that it won't look good. Their work is horrible I have never been cut during getting my nails done so many time in my life. I came here consistently when I moved to this side of town and at first I loved the work, tons of colors to choose from, always plenty of employees, and they for the most part always got my shape right. HOWEVER, one time I came in to get a full set and the tech made them very thin. I didn't complain; I liked the way they looked. But the very next day 2 nails broke. I called and came in a few days later to have them fix them. While I was having them fixed the nail tach started telling me how it was MY fault because I didn't specify how thick they needed to be... ITS YOUR JOB TO KNOW THAT. If I was a nail professional I wouldn't be paying $45 to get them done?!??! I asked if he would make them all a bit thicker so they don't continue breaking and he said NO. He offered to put another coat of shellac instead because he said that would help- it didn't ! I broke three more nails that week and when I called to talk to a manager she insisted the only thing she would do for me was to fix the broken nails NOT correct the thin nails that hadn't yet broken. This pissed me off, I live in Von ormy- this is the closest salon to me but it's still about 20 minutes away. Not a proactive solution!! They lost a customer. I now go to Mesa nails by Ingram and they have amazing customer service and they offer a punch card for 10% off after 10 punches read more

I went here on Saturday around 10ish and it was wonderful! I knew this place was REALLY popular so I excepted a bit of a wait time, but I wanna say I waited about 15 minutes, which was fine. Judy did my nails and it was a great experience. I talked to her about what I wanted and asked her about what she recommended. She knew exactly what I wanted and my nails are PERFECT. They aren't too long for me and they're thee perfect thickness!! The one thing I didn't like was that I overheard a lot of the technicians trying to push people to get a certain length or shape because they charge more for that. I understand it's a business and they kind of have to do that, but Judy was awesome. She tried to get me to extend the length and change the shape to coffin, I told her no, and she didn't mention it again. Judy even showed me how my nail would look BEFORE fully committing (I didn't even ask her for that, but I assumed she knew cause I was super indecisive). The price is reasonable for what you get, I wish they would tell you the price before you get everything done (that's how they kind of get you). One customer was surprised at her total because she had chosen a long, coffin nail and wasn't told that each of those things were $5 extra. Regardless, I will definitely be coming back and that's saying something; I've been in San Antonio for FOUR years and have NEVER gone back to a nail salon more than once because of a poor job they did. I arrived and was rushed just to pick my nail color out, the man kept saying are you ready are you ready, super awkward. I still stayed positive and ignored his rudeness, the wife came out and did my nails didn't speak to me very quite, no t.v. to break the awkwardness. The husband left the building and the wife continued to tell clients that her husband would be right with them and the husband was not even in the building. I used to come here all the time after almost a year of not coming I decided to give them a visit. I went in for a regular pedicure and manicure. No wait, they sat me in a chair but when they told the nail tech that I wanted (French tip) pedicure and manicure the lady made some upsetting sound. Not sure if she was just done for the day or didn't feel like doing my nails but I thought that was a little rude. So she gets my water going and does my pedicure anyway. After she's done she tells me that she can't do regular French tip manicure I'm a little confused because she just got done with my REGULAR French tip pedicure. My nail technician was a great guy! Quiet, but great. He applied 2 coats of different colors I requested. He was so accommodating. Jacqueline and the other staff however were horribly rude. They made me feel very unwelcomed in the way they looked and talked at me. I'm bummed nobody offered me a beverage either, and I did see a dead cockroach behind my chair. I had a great experience here! The only reason why I'm giving it 4 and not 5 stars is because I made an appointment for 12 and I still had to wait about 20 minutes at the beginning and in between getting my pedicure. For a full set and a basic pedicure it took about 2 1/2-3 hours. Which is no biggie! I'll definitely be back here when I need my nails done again! Update: came for a second time and the same guy did my nails. First off from the start I waited about an hour and a half for a fill. No biggie though it was a busy day and everyone was getting off from work. Once I got seated to get my nails done he was just having a bad attitude and kept going on his phone. I understand having a bad day but get off your phone when your with a client. I told him I had somewhere to be in an hour and a half. But he ignored it and decided to make a phone call instead of start on my nails. Once he got off the phone and started on my nails he kept asking if I was okay. I said yes and he kept asking. I told him I just needed my nails done in time and that I had already been here for 2 hours. He said I could just leave and go somewhere else. Why would I leave if he was already starting on my nails??? Very bad attitude. He was very rough with my hands and was holding the fingers so tightly that it was hurting but even then if I didn't keep my hands fully relaxed he would get mad. Where's your patience ?!! Your working in a nail salon and one of the main things is customer service. He never asked if I liked my nails, they look okay but the first time he did my nails they looked better. As a customer I am driving 30-45 minutes to this nail salon and after being treated like this I am extremely unhappy. I used to like this place, but they have a lot of new staff members and one of the new girls performed a pedicure and either gave me an infection from dirty tools or dug so hard into the cuticle that my big toe and one of my smaller toes have turned black. I have never had this issue with a pedicure before. Also, when getting a manicure, the technician asks what you want and if you like it, but the moment you ask for any changes or tell them you do not like something, she scoffs and is rude just by being asked to do her job. I have been to this nail salon a total of 3 times. I am always satisfied with the work and I usually end up going on slow days for them so I am done fairly quickly, with no wait. I always get acrylic set with shellac polish and each time I've been charged an additional $5 for one reason or another. Most recently, it was because i had them all some glitter to the tips with just polish and initially I was hesitant but she advised me there would be no additional charge. Turns out when I went to pay, she did charge me an additional $5 for this. My total was $45 ($25 acrylic set, $15 shellac polish,$5 "design"). I told he, nicely, that the last two times I had been there I've been overcharged and the younger lady, quickly came over to fix the problem so I could them tip her. Previously I was charged an additional $5 to trim my nails like 1 cm for a fill. I mean, I think that's ridiculous, I basically asked for my nails length to be cleaned up and was charged for something she was already doing anyway. Again, yesterday I overheard the girl next to me charge an additional $5 for doing a square but rounded tip. Personally, I believe the shape (unless stiletto, coffin or something dramatic) should be included in the price for set of nails. Essentially if you do not pay the additional $5 for shape, everyone would end up with square nails? No, that doesn't work for everyone. I really do like this salon and the ambiance/vibe is great but I am thoroughly annoyed of the inconsistency. First time client and it won't be the last. Took my 9 year old daughter here with her best friend to celebrate her bffs birthday. I read a lot of good reviews about the place and the location is near my house so I had to try it out. The place is small and a little cramped... waiting area is tiny, but that didn't bother me much. We were greeted right away when we walked in and the girls didn't wait long to get their pedis. They only have 1 kids pedicure chair which kinda sucks, 2 would be nice, but the girls didn't mind the adult chairs and got to sit by each other. They loved the large tv on the wall playing music videos and I loved the prepackaged sterile nail tools. They received hot towels in the pedicures and loved it. Overall, it was a great experience and we'll definitely try them again. The one thing that really irked me was they had kids pedicures 10 and under posted for $18 but they ended up charging me $20 each. can't make an appointment. the first few times i went my nails were decent, but the acrylic is cheap and lifts. this last time she rushed them, made them thick, was rough with my hands. I always get my nails done every two weeks and tip even for poor service. I've had enough. She didn't get no tip. I showed her what I want she gave me something else. then my index and thumb are not overlayed right so I can tell it's gonna lift and separate a long the thick sides. My nails are real, i want them to look as natural as possible with an overlay. So she gave me a thick azz fill and then tried to charge me for glitter. Came here with my daughter and my MIL. Personally, I love my nails, but the customer service could've been a LOT better. Richard Dang did my nails. He had a visitor, so left as I sat down, and had another woman start for him....except she could only clip my nails because she didn't know where anything was. He finally came back, but was very distracted. He even forgot to put my pinky and pointer finger nails on....he had closed up the nails & everything. Then accidentally painted one of my nails the wrong color. Meanwhile, 3 other nail techs were just sitting there while my daughter and mother in law waited patiently for someone to take them back.
