I ran across this nail salon page on Instagram and they had some really good work. I decided to give them a try. I went and got a pedi and they did really good. The shape was perfect and all decided to get my nails done & total fail. So many things went wrong. The style I wanted she didn't do and I didn't even bother to complain bc I was running on time. Two days a nail broke & I went to get it fixed but they're so confusing here at the salon & told me to come back another day. Finally got my nail fixed & now they're all popping off at the bottom (which they really hurt) I'm so tired of these nail salons doing a crappy job and charging you a arm & leg. I'm definitely going to nail school and start my own business. IM OVER IT !!!!!
If I could give this place no stars I would. I have gone here a few times before today and each time I've left disappointed. I've had to return a few times to get something fixed whether it be horrible shaping, lack of paint on a nail, or simply uneven nails. Not to mention the amount of pain I've gone through with how many times they've cut my cuticles. Recently, they have been under new management and I was unsure of how bad it would be until today. I went in to simply get a set of acrylic off of my nails, nothing more but soaking them off. The lady who did my nails was a shorter, older woman and all she wanted to do was rush the process. When I sat down she tried to up sale me by offering to do a manicure or pedicure, even after I declined numerous times. As the process begun, she was using drill bits that were very harsh on my nails, was extremely aggressive with the filing and ended up cutting my cuticles plenty of times. Once she began soaking my nails in the acetone, there was only the acetone in a bag...no cotton, no rag, nothing. She started drilling my nails, putting them back in the bowl of acetone for a minute and drilling again. There was no time for the acrylic to actually soak off. Once the acrylic started coming off, she tried ripping the acrylic off my nail with her own...which would damage my nail and rip off that top layer. As she continued, she drilled off a good CHUNK of my pinky nail. (Before she begun I told her I had hurt it recently and to be gentle with it...she was in fact not gentle) From then on I told her not to drill that nail, I didn't care that there was still acrylic on it. Eventually she told me that the nail was "too thick" and that's why she did that...which makes no sense because she was already at my natural nail. From that point she began to yank my hand and tell me that she needed to file my nail even after I pulled away. She finally pulled my hand again and I got up and said I was done. I started to walk out and she chased me as well as the man who was behind the front desk. I was not going to pay for the cuts on my cuticles, the missing part of my nail and for the acrylic to still be on my nails. DO NOT COME HERE.
I got, ombré (white/nude) with butterfly decoration. Done by Neicy (I probably spelled that wrong, I'm sorry). She was very nice, you can tell how she took pride in her work. Most nail places try to rush to get to the next client and that's not how it should be. It takes time to make it look good and they definitely make it worth my money and time! My favorite nail place 10/10 totally going again!
I've been coming to this nail salon for a while now and all I can say is WOW. The quality, friendliness, cleanliness and professionalism at this salon is spectacular! I've had two nail techs-Lannie and June- and they are both fantastic! Both are extremely easy to talk to and they are VERY detailed as well. I have never been so impressed by a salon before. I highly recommend! Regarding COVID regulations, everyone wears a mask and I never have seen anyone remove it. The salon itself is extremely clean! You won't be disappointed!
My Boyfriend took his daughter yesterday 11/14 I usually take her but I was feeling sick. She took a picture to show the nail tech which she always does and we have NEVER had an issue the picture included a nail being glued and painting gel over it. Well that is not what she got she only got the gel painted on for $40 , his daughter told me she asked if the nail tech was going to put the nail on and he said he would she also asked again when she complained to her dad , her dad asked the front desk manager if they could fix it and they said yes but they would be charged another $50 which would have totaled $90. I was furious I had a crying pre-teen and an upset dad come home so a called myself ,I asked for the manger and I told her the situation she basically told me that my boyfriend's daughter was lying and never asked for the nail . I was furious I told her that we have gone here several times and have never had an issue but this would be the issue that would stop us from spending our hard earned money there she told me they would not charge the cleaning fee which was $5 !!! I'm sorry but we will never go here again she told us she would not fix the problem and that she was not sorry wow!!! Update I also posted a review on google in which the owner responded. This owner is not helpful and now she is turning the situation around, . What happened to good customer service... money hungry much ?
For the price, this place is not worth it. My girlfriend, 4yo daughter and I went on July 5th for manicures/fill. The manicures for my daughter and I were $35/30. Not too bad except it wasn't what I think of when I get a manicure. No soaking of the nails. No hand/arm massage. It was literally trim, file and paint. Then the polish started chipping on day 2. My girlfriend's fill was $75!!! FOR A FILL?! $140 total for a fill and two polishes. I think I'll find somewhere that will give me an actual manicure for that price.

Went in first thing in the morning (before the techs were in) and got a regular pedi and a full set. Pedicure was fine and they seemed clean but my nails.......... The shape? Amazing. All I wanted was a French tip set but baby, these look rough. Very crooked and lumpy design. I am not sure exactly what the goal was here but if I go back it's just gonna be for a regular colored acrylic without design. It could have been the guy doing my nails felt rushed because several times people came up to him and asked him "how much longer?" since people were waiting and they don't take appointments. I didn't even want to say anything at that point. And to make it even worse... I had to pay an extra $20 for the French tip.
Don't waste your money!!!!! Got my a nail dip and pedi on a Wednesday pedi was good BUT the very next day Thursday, my thumbnail chipped so I went back they fixed my thumb and changed my nail color. And we're so not pleased and we're rude!!!!! Next 2 days Saturday my same thumbnail chipped!!! Cheap products or something, tried different nails bars and never had that happen so fast! Save your money and time with this place!!!!!!!!!!
Super overpriced, with rude and inconsiderate staff. I came for the first time as I had heard there was a 40% off deal and gave it a shot, I brought my mother and little sister as well for some fun. I asked for a full set, my mother a dip set and 10yo sister a pedicure. At the beginning of my set, I was cut by a nail file to which my tech rips a paper towel and starts wiping it and attempts to continue with my nails. I had to ask her twice to stop so I could wash my cut as it was a pretty good one and still bleeding. I returned and gave benefit of the doubt. Accidents happen. When I got back I asked if we could return to that mail later as it still hurt. She grabbed my hand and moved forward anyway. Then I hear my mother in the foot spa as she was also cut on her toe. Her tech did not change the water. Stop. Or ask if she was ok in anyway. My mom asked me to leave it alone and allow her to continue (she's too nervous ). At the end of my set. My cut began to bleed again and my nails are lumpy as well as my mothers mani. Upon check out I pay for my sibling and I to which they attempt to give me 30% off rather than the 40%. For the both of us(full set and kids pedi) 90$. My mom with her dip and pedicure. $100. Never returning.

The service was wonderful. The salon is very very clean. It's beautiful! Perfect location next to an authentic Italian Restaurant too! My daughter for old nails removed and new put on. The old ones were down somewhere else and not done properly. The GENTLY removed the old ones! Her set was beautiful afterwards! My pedi was amazing. I walk barefoot outside a lot so I felt bad. She put in the work and my feet look amazing. I'm going to stop walking barefoot lol! I highly recommend! Make an appt online and call to verify! read more
I booked a last minute trip to Florida and wanted to get my nails done so they looked great in photos. As I'm new to the San Antonio area, I scrambled to find a nail salon near me with reasonable prices. I came across an Instagram ad/ offer for Trio Nail Lounge (25% off your bill) and figured I'd give it a go! I called and was told they're very busy and that I could go online to make an appointment. I quickly logged on an made a 3:30PM Appt. I was a bit irritated they wouldn't just make the reservation over the phone, but things could be worse. When I arrived at my appointment time.. they weren't ready for me and had no clue what I wanted/ that I would be coming in. As such... they didn't get me in until close to 4. I learned while getting my nails done that they were short on techs that day and just really pressed for time. Unfortunately, that did mean my manicure was very rushed as well. Now for the positives- my nails looked GREAT when they were finished, they had a fantastic selection of colors, this place was clean, and with the offer- you couldn't beat the prices. I originally thought I would go back and give them another chance because it's a good location and I had rocking nails when done, but on my second time going... even getting an appointment was too difficult with them. They never confirmed my online booking appointment and then when I called, they made it difficult as well. One thing to note at this salon is they ONLY do GEL Polish on pedicures... no regular Polish. So be prepared for that! My nails are overly short in the photo because they kept breaking from a previous manicure- not because of this place! read more

Terrible experience. The woman who did my nails was very unprofessional, I didn't get what I asked for in the slightest. Apparently they are under new ownership, which I learned halfway through my service. This place used to be great but not anymore. I added a photo of what I asked for and what I got. I asked for ombre nails and this is what I got. Tech needs more practice. I know what a good ombre looks like. FYI This place is under a new management and I think they have new people working there. Staff was nice. Tech just need more practice. read more

Found this place because of Instagram and I'm so glad I did! Everyone was super nice and the salon itself is real nice & clean. It's big and has lots of space, perfect for social distancing. I worked with Selene. She got what I wanted right away. I'm a nail freak so it's awesome to know there's artists there who are willing to work with your design ideas. Can't wait to go back and experiment some more! read more

Went here to get a fill and a pedi before my trip to Vegas .. it was my first time and from looking at their Facebook page, I expected it to be a lot busier. I started with my pedicure and because I had gel polish on they said it'd be an extra $5 to soak of .. hmm ok fine. Then because I chose gel polish again (I just like how long it lasts) they said it'd be an extra $15 dollars .. ok. Their LOWEST priced pedicure option STARTS at $55 but it was too late to stop .. So after all of the "add-ons" my pedi ended up costing $75. Fine, whatever. So then I immediately got seated to get my fill with another girl. She did do a great job. She reshaped them and did exactly what I asked her to do as far as the design goes. We chatted about Vegas and stuff and she was cool .. However, when the time came to pay and the girl at the front desk read the total - I was at $170!!!!! FOR A FILL AND A PEDICURE!?!?!? Absolutely tf not!!!! I love my nails - but I can get this done elsewhere and pay HALF the price for both a fill and pedi. Yeah no. Their rates are absolutely ridiculous. And I'm pretty sure the "complimentary" drinks aren't so complimentary. Plus - it's all juice anyway. Not a drop of liquor in there. Won't be back. Nope. read more
