i don't know that I have ever written a negative review before, but this situation requires it. Over the past 30 years I've had several pool service companies. This one is, without any doubt, the WORST I've ever had. They started off great and got my pool back to blue after the last company let it just turn green. After a few weeks, however, they quit caring and my pool has been green for weeks (maybe even a couple of months). When I inquired about it, they claimed it was because of all of the plants around the pool. My backyard is landscaped but there's nothing about it that would cause it to turn green. It turned green, in my opinion, because they didn't want to spend the money necessary to keep it blue. Ultimately, I had to fire them because their pool tech started yelling at my housekeeper and got extremely aggressive. He even made veiled threats to me. I will get the money they required that I pay them in advance even if I have to sue them. My advice: DO NOT LET THEM ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR POOL. If I could give less than 1 star, I would give them a negative 5 star rating. read more

Rick does an outstanding job taking care of my pool. I first met him when I needed someone to get a very neglected pool at my new house back in shape. He made multiple visits each week until he got the water reconditioned and worked tirelessly over a few months to get the stains removed from the epoxy finish.
