The produce vendors at the market sell a lot of good staples like peppers, zucchini, apples, peaches, etc. There are also a handful of good bakeries that sell homemade (fresh, with no preservatives) baked goods. This year, there have been a few food trucks, a kettle corn truck, and a Caribbean catering company with a stand at the market. I can't really judge Caribbean food since I've never eaten authentic food from that region before, but what I had was tasty but a little mushy. I would recommend the jerk chicken. There could be more vendors at this market, but I think the ones already there offer a great variety of goods for people to buy. It's a really great addition to the South Bethlehem neighborhood.

This is very much a meat and potatoes type of place. Sort of like grocery shopping in an environment that would be appealing to your grandparents. Same format applies with one new twist. If you're looking for an excellent selection of meats, seafood and produce this place is hard to beat. To me it's hand down the best deli in the area. Even at the holy of holy Wegmans you're not finding variety like you'll get here with a full line of Boar's Head, Dietz and Watson, Jennie-O, John F. Martin and some of their own selections. Plus they always have a ton of staff on so the wait is never too bad. Within the last year they've also added beer sales in the back corner. I don't drink the stuff so I have no clue if the prices or selection are any good but the area is fairly large and they always have a good crowd in there so it I guess it can't be too bad. The other big plus here is that while they do not have a self check out area they always have a ton of cashiers on up front. I think they have nine lanes plus the customer service counter which chips in as well and it's rare that especially in the afternoon they don't have all nine lanes staffed. What's still not amazing here would be the prices on a lot of the canned and packaged goods. The sales here are alright but they never compete with sale prices at any of the other major chains. An example being this week a certain brand of ice cream is on sale at 2/$5. A sale at a place like Giant would normally equal 2/$4 and Giant offers special coupons for this item on a fairly regular basis which would make the price even less. Sure that's just one item but the point is that there are a of items which fall into that description. While it would be ideal or convenient to shop at just one store, there are far too many items here that make doing that a real money waster. Like I said last time, stick to the right side of the store and you'll do great in terms of selection and even pricing. The more left you go the more you should consider going to Giant or even Wegmans as it's simply a better all around deal.

Fantastic flavor and they grow more than enough varieties that the blend is always a little different based on what they used for that batch. Maybe four or five spaces and in season it's interesting at best trying to maneuver in/out with the heavy traffic on this section of Center Street. The pricing for their stuff is definitely not cheap. If you're looking for "deals" or more discounted pricing like you can get by going to Berks/Lancaster County Mennonite/Amish farms for similar products, you're not getting that here.
