This practice is ridiculously difficult to work with. First off, they have different locations /…read morephone numbers and the people answering the phones really suck on customer service. I've spent probably 3 HRS going back and forth between them and my primary provider over the past week, just trying to follow up on a referral and set a damn appt. I spoke with "Lupe" who was absolutely NO HELP, and routed me to other departments who also didn't know anything about the referral. This has been going on for a WEEK. Apparently, they never bothered to check the insurance provider website for the approval. I called my primary physician AGAIN, and they finally got things sorted out with these idiots. I haven't even gone in for treatment, and I'm already pissed off. This is really POOR customer service, and it makes me wonder what ELSE can go wrong.
