Staff member Geneva, who waited on me, was great; Dr. Sabrina Khan performed the exam with extraordinary results for my vision clarity. Such a smooth speedy experience throughout, no wasted waiting. Latest equipment. Professional. Best of all, I see crisp detail in sharp focus, no-glare driving at night. Never had this quality result from other "specialists" in past decades. I have always gone to the chain stores, I never had a doctor take the time to walk me through the results of my exam. I felt as if the doctor had nothing but time for me. He carefully explained the results he found from the exam. He talked about the type of glasses that would work the best for me. The staff was exceptional as well, kind, receptive, knowledgeable. Was told they would call the lab to see what the delay was, and call me with more info. They left me a voicemail with no info and to call them back. I called back and was told the frames I wanted (which i was twice told were already shipped) were back ordered but the lab has them now and is planning on shipping them... 6/10/26. My first eye appointment a few years ago was extremely brief and I was not satisfied with the quality of service (at another location), but didn't really know any better, it being my first exam. This appointment with Dr. Williams was the complete opposite. She was thorough, patient, very clear in what she was asking of me, and very understanding in letting me express what I was seeing. She explained everything in detail as we went along with the appointment, including what she was testing and how. She was awesome and made a great experience! I also was surprised at the frames Target Optical offered, including popular, luxury brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, along with Coach, Ray-Ban, and Armani Exchange. They also had a Tweed something line exclusively for Target. Many of the frames they offered were on-trend, along with classics, but I was pleasantly surprised with the array of offerings. I will continue to schedule my appointments here with Dr. Williams and would highly recommend her to anyone else in need of an eye exam!

A few days before the appointment, I was sent an email stating that they were sorry I cancelled. I never cancelled. I called and was told that they do not have the doctor in on Wednesdays, which is why I chose them in the first place (again, as per the DV website). I was able to reschedule the appointment for a couple days later. Problems arose the day of the appointment. There was tons of traffic, and so I was running a little bit late (my Waze said 11 minutes) for my appointment. I called just to let them know, and they told me that I would have to cancel if I was more than 10 minutes late. I couldn't continue driving and chance it. Like, I get that they have a policy, but things happen..Still, not a pleasant experience. No matter.. one quick Google search and call, and I'll be at another optometrist in a few days. Thanks anyway.
