Helpful and just pleasant. AND not flooded with 30 pages of paperwork so many places have you fill out. off topic for a minute - BUT WHY CAN'T IT BE SHARED SO YOU ARE NOT CONTINUALLY FILLING OUT THE SAME THINGS OVER AND OVER AND OVER....at any rate. I did not have a long wait...very impressive. The young lady that administered all the pretests before seeing Dr. Hefner was so great. She explained everything being done and why. Took time to talk to me and get everything down. Again, not a long wait for the doctor. HE WAS SO NICE. Came in, shook my hand and proceeded to cover everything I could even image for an exam. Because I am diabetic, over 65, and had cataract surgery a year ago, he covered a lot with me. Never felt rushed or pressured to hurry through. I have had a LOT of appointments with eye doctors since I stared with bad eyes in 4th grade....but I have to say this was by far the best experience with an office all the way around. My grandson and daughter will definitively use this office. AND ON A SIDE NOTE - I loved the chair I sat in and the receptionist went out of her way to call the person who ordered all their office furniture to find out where it was from..NOW THAT WAS OVER AND ABOVE...

The clinic as a whole is clearly disorganized... from scheduling, to rooms, to overall demeanor. The dr has no bedside manner. He didn't even introduce himself the first time he came in the room. He barely looked at or addresses the reason I was there and was mainly concerned about how contagious pink eye was and told me not to touch anything. I would never recommend or go back to this practice.

I've spent probably 3 HRS going back and forth between them and my primary provider over the past week, just trying to follow up on a referral and set a damn appt. I spoke with "Lupe" who was absolutely NO HELP, and routed me to other departments who also didn't know anything about the referral. This has been going on for a WEEK. Apparently, they never bothered to check the insurance provider website for the approval. I called my primary physician AGAIN, and they finally got things sorted out with these idiots. I haven't even gone in for treatment, and I'm already pissed off. This is really POOR customer service, and it makes me wonder what ELSE can go wrong.
