I opted in for a Thai massage because of chronic sciatica and recent shoulder pain from weight lifting. She provided so much relief that my pain melted away. She incorporated some deep tissue work as well. Overall, the Thai massage elements of stretching was transformative. I recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing time and those experiencing chronic pain. She is very communicative and professional. I believe she said she's been in the industry for 10+ years. I've had several massages and never had relief like this. In full transparency, I am a little sore in my shoulders however that is a combo of the massage and weight lifting the same day. A friend suggested I try a Thai massage because it was more stretching and for her more relaxing. Dee was the closest one I could find and I am SO happy she was! I don't think I could have found any one more talented and knowledgeable. It was VERY obvious she had a "radar" for locating all the spots that needed to be worked. I've gotten the 60 minute deep tissue massage three times so far to relieve my compressed/pinched nerve, stretching on its own wasn't cutting it. I feel the difference with each visit, the nerve pain has been reduced substantially.
