The absolute worst staff I have ever dealt with. The office manager is absolutely awful. I had a…read moreroot canal and a crown done their. The lady in front verified (or at least said she did) my benefits before I ever agreed to have the work done and now that it's time to put the crown on the want over $300 more money because they failed to mention that they only are on network as a premium provider not a PPO provider. Has I known that I would have walked out that day and gone somewhere else but I was lied to by the receptionist who specifically told me they my PPO was ok and how much it would cost. The office manager would not even let me explain that to her. And yes I got upset. They are holding my son's tooth hostage and the insurance company said they should have . Now he can't even go anywhere else to have another crown put on because the insurance is going to deny it so he is pretty much screwed because this dentist couldn't be honest with me from the get go. Do not trust them. The dentist may be great but he needs an entire new office staff. I will be filling a complaint against them and the office manager for holding my son's tooth hostage that I already paid for. DO NOT TRUST THEM

DO NOT RECOMMEND! This orthodontist is unprofessional and…read moreuncaring. While a patient there, I was told I have abnormally large teeth which is why my teeth were not aligning. (I have to disagree). When I simply asked about one tooth in particular, he very awkwardly scooted near my ear and asked if I remember how messed up my teeth were? Again, I would have to disagree. Out of all the teeth, two of them were misaligned. He also told me on one dreaded visit that he is "not a mind reader" I have to tell him "what I'm wanting". I thought I paid several thousand dollars for an expert at straightening teeth and not someone that needs the patient to explain how they want their teeth positioned! Worst of all, the retainer did not fit; they did not care to help with the issue. I took the retainer to my general dentist who took all the time in the world to make sure it fit just right. These are not near all the issues I encountered and I'm so full of regret for choosing this orthodontist to give my hard earned money to. Bottom line was it was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Last time we went it was $75 for a new retainer, this time it was $300 total! $100 for an office visit and $200 for a top retainer!!! We will not be back especially since I have now found a place online where you can get them for $65.
