Was confused when I went to order because as listed as "pub" I expected to NOT walk up to the counter to order. There's also two sets of front doors, so unless you enter through the left doors, you might not even realize you need to order at the counter, like we did. So we sat there like idiots for a few minutes, caught up in conversation. So prepare yourself if you haven't visited this place yet- you'll have to order your food at one counter, and then beer/wine at a different counter. Plenty of seating. And they have seating for big groups, too! They also have a drive thru window, so if you order and pick up, you don't have to get out of the car. We had spinach artichoke dip, not my favorite. But the pizza was to die for! We love love loved it! Pricing is right along with everything else in the area. Cleanliness is obviously not an issue because they just opened. Being an Illinois native I was so excited to try this place because they have my hometown sandwich, the Gondola! Their deep dish is great and so is the thin crust. Wings and brisket grilled cheese is also on our list of favorites here. read more

Clean which gets stars! That is one of the most important things for me. The pizza wasn't bad, but sparse on toppings. I ordered a hand tossed with ham, bacon, hamburger and tomato onion. All I come see was a lil'l ham and a lil'l onion. Barely any bacon and no beef. The wine was good but a lil'l pricey. But what isn't anymore. The service was good and courteous. read more

I'd have agree with the disappointment reviews. Tried this place out. My wife had the small pepperoni pizza .. where's the pepperoni ?? . One pepperoni to half a pepperoni on each slice.. really,, it should be covered with pepperoni, don't hide under the cheese to make you think there is enough pepperoni in the pizza. The crust is very bad.. I've tasted better frozen crust from a frozen pizza... come on, make your own crust. I order the chicken Parmesan sandwich... wow it was not even a Parmesan chicken, it was sliced chicken slices you can get at Costco pre cooked , they put it between bread pour bottled marinara sauce on it and melt cheese.., NO THATS NOT PARMESAN CHICKEN !!!!! My wife, her sister, her sister's son, and I went to Sabinos for dinner. The Chicago Style Pizza was awesomely terrific! We had one stuffed with pepperoni and mushroom. Really, really good. If it was just the Chicago, I would rate Sabine's a five star. The second pizza was their Diablo. The sauce and peppers were very tasty. Yes, it's a hot one, but good! Pretty good deep dish pizza. I was hoping it was on par with the old Mangi's, but not quite. The main negative was the large amount of crust on the edge of the pizza. My preference is to eat more of the pizza and less of the dough. Maybe I am different from others in this way.but, the pizza was pretty good and worth coming back for. On the ambience side, I think it would be good to remove the indoor games near the front. It facilitated a lot of kids running around the restaurant. With well behaved kids, this isn't a problem. We just moved in nearby and got a "free 14inch pizza with one topping". We thought we would try it out and see if we have a new favorite pizza place. After ordering over the phone and driving to the store to pick up or pizza they told us we didn't have an order and that maybe it was a computer glitch. They said they would have our pizza ready in about 10 more minutes. We came back about 15 minutes later to give them some time and when we got to the window they said another 5-6 minutes. I wish they would have said an extra 20-25 minutes (we live a minute or two away) so that we could have at least gone and waited but instead sat in the car for 35 waiting for a pizza that was supposed to be ready when we get there. Also I understand maybe having a issue with website orders, but on call in? The Pizza, was decent. Very New York style taste but honestly not anything special. I'm just going to stick to dominoes because honestly it wasn't worthwhile. read more

Tried Sabino's Pizza Pub tonight and It was so great!! We tried the Spicy Italian Large Pizza and the Sabino's Beef Roll and Wow they were both really good. I love a good crust and it was fabulous. Excellent Chicago-style stuffed pizza! Having actually eaten pizza in Chicago, we've been searching for comparable pie here in the greater Austin area. The options have been slim until we found Sabino's. Here, their Chicago-style stuffed pizza is about as close as you will find to the genuine thing outside the great city of Chicago. While it is not Gino's East or even Mangia, it is a very good pizza, so give it a try if you live up north in Leander or Liberty Hill. read more

Wings were not actual wings but wing pieces. Drums were closer to nuggets with broken bones in them. They were soggy and a little slimy. Pizza was mediocre at best. Caesar salad was just iceberg lettuce and some croutons with a very generic and slightly sweet dressing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a pizza from their website and after waiting for over an hour and a half, I decided to call and see where my pizza was. They claimed that they had waited at my apartment for 20 minutes, and they had left. Never once knocked on the door, I was there the whole time. They didn't even offer to come back. I said so I just don't get my pizza now, and she said well no, he is already on the way back here. The girl could not have cared less. No offer to come back, nothing. She tried to blame DoorDash and I was like... I ordered it off YOUR website! I am a diabetic and have to take my insulin ahead of time so I ended up bottoming out when they never came with my food.
