called to let them know they forgot to put pizza sauce on our pizza but they just said that they did. I let them know were standing here looking at it and its not just a small amount. There is none. I ordered a pizza for delivery today around 11:30 am. I was following the app for delivery updates, and it was taking an unusually long time. The delivery was to be made by a 3rd party, not associated with Fratell's. After texting the driver three times after an hour had passed, with no response, I called Fratell's. They were very nice, and said the driver had just picked up the pizza. Okay. Should arrive in 10-15 minutes. And I waited. For almost another hour! Called the driver's number provided on the Slice app. The call goes to Uber Eats! Since I don't have an Uber Eats confirmation number, that's useless. I call Fratell's back. Again. At this point, they very graciously offer to remake the pizza, and I can pick it up. About this same time, the driver shows up with the pizza, which after 2 hours, is ice cold! End of a very long story, my son picked up the fresh pizza from Fratell's, which was completely delicious, of course. Big shout out to Bailey at Fratell's for handling this situation, and to Fratell's in general for having such great customer service and food! read more

We opted to dine in. Very small hole in the wall pizza joint in downtown Liberty Hill. Had about 4 tables inside and very clean. They don't have fountain sodas only bottled or can. The girl up front i was super sweet and welcoming. As we were dining there were quite a few people picking up to go orders so I was excited to try it. We ordered garlic cheese bread for an appetizer with marinara and ranch. Then for pizza it was an XL hot honey pizza. Garlic cheese bread is give it a 3/5 wished the bread was crispier.... Next time I'll ask for it well done. The pizza is was a 4/5. Loved the super thin crust where you fold and eat, love love fresh basil on a pizza, cheese melted perfectly and was "cheesing". BUT I felt like the pizza sauce could have used some salt. Maybe off day because everyone I know that has eaten there said it was really good. Overall service was great! read more

So..... what an adventure. I came genuinely close to driving out of Liberty Hill and boycotting eating establishments. I was already hangry when I arrived at The Daily Blend - with their website and Yelp saying they closed at 6 pm. but they closed at 3 pm - strike 1. Next door was Bella Sera - arrived to a sign saying closed until Monday - strike 2. Found Fratellis (listed at address 1201 Loop 332). Googlemaps took us to a vacant lot near Tractor Supply. Strike 3 (or so I thought). I had decided that I would go home, calm down and start from scratch looking in some other town for dinner. On our way home, we passed Fratellis at what ended up being the location "1201 TX-332 LOOP" in Liberty Hill (two different locations on the same street). I haven't yet figured out why. Now, for Fratellis. We ordered a greek salad and medium margherita pizza. They saved Liberty Hill. Great pizza, with great mellow sweet tomato sauce, and slices of italian sausage the way I like. Sorry, I was too upset and hungry to take pictures. Nice small town pizza place atmosphere. It saved the day. The food was alright, I've had much better pizza in my life. I was born and raised in the North (outside of Philly) very close to NYC. So I've been blessed with having the best pizza on earth. The food I ordered: Pizza (16" with Salami) - 6.5/10 (mediocre) Pepperoni Sticks - 3/10 (barely any pepperoni inside, and barely any cheese) might as well just call it a bread stick. Overall it was okay, I've tried almost 20+ pizza places in Texas and this one was on the lower end. I got a medium build your own pizza on grub hub on my break from work. It was ready in about 30 minutes, which was about 5 min beyond grubhub's quote, so pretty accurate. All ingredients were fresh and the sausage was sliced Italian sausage instead of crumbles, which I actually enjoyed. The shining star for me was the crust, which, as I described in my photos, was a perfect mixture of a crispy outer shell and a soft, chewy inside. I only went in to pick up my pizza, but the place seems to have a fairly intimate setting for a pizza place. There were 3-4 tables inside with a counter at the front and an open kitchen. Cheese and peppers were offered with a smile at no additional charge. They were both served in individually wrapped packages rather than the traditional shakers, which can be difficult to keep fresh and clean for some places. I would definitely order pizza from them again and so far, this place is my go-to for pizza in Liberty Hill. read more

Was not feeling the best last night and wanted to order a bite to eat. I was always curious about this spot and their pepperoni rolls so I had to try it. First, the service was very quick as in 30 minutes or less. My food was still warm by the time I was ready to serve it and I feel like everything was pretty generous. I was scared to get BBQ sauce on the wings because I felt like it was going to be the pungent obnoxiously sweet kind but it wasn't. The BBQ wings were good to me! Very strong sauce and flavor but not overbearing. The pepperoni rolls were delicious and buttery, not too greasy either. I do wish there was the slightest bit more cheese but they were still some of the best I've had. A lot of places put too much pepperoni and end up with a salty mess but not the case here. My pizza had white sauce, mozzarella, artichokes, spinach, garlic, and some other cheese. It was really good. The toppings tasted fresh and everything was very generously placed like I said. Lastly, alone their ranch was not my favorite but it did pair well with all of their food. This is a place I will definitely remember if I have company and everyone wants pizza! read more
