Food came with all the fixings you would need (tortillas, tostadas, salsa, crema, etc.). Everything was cooked and seasoned well. All of our guests were very impressed with how good the food was. The team was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Pricing is more than fair for the quality of food you are receiving. We would most definitely reach out for their catering services for future events.

I'm happy to report that the tri tip was just as good, maybe even better, than the last time! It was extremely tender, juicy and tasty with the right amount of spice, and all our guests raved about it - even my picky 5 year old grandson loved it, and ate tri tip sandwiches all week! We had used Grill Fellas several years ago and remembered how good the tri tip was, so I called, and Bill was willing to cook several tri tips for us, plus deliver, slice and set them up in a chafing tray we had so the proper temperatures could be maintained and the meat wouldn't dry out. Bill is very reliable (important when expecting a lot of guests!) and also very helpful which ensured the food service went smoothly. So many people asked about the tri tip, but since Bill doesn't sell individual tri tips, I would like to suggest he take orders and maybe cook all the orders once a month and sell them on one day - just a thought! Unfortunately had a poor experience with Jump-N-Hop. I initially had high hopes given the prior…read morereviews, and the communication in advance of our event. The Party Packages are the best "bang for your buck", and we were able to purchase one of the packages which included tables, chairs, a jumper, and heaters. In advance of our event / booking, we initially requested an early morning drop off or prior day drop off for our event. With reluctance (and pointing out the confirmed timing of our event during booking), the owner agreed to an early drop off. The drop off occurred an hour and a half past the originally confirmed time, and was told a "flat tire" caused the delay.. when the crew arrived, it was very clear a flat did not happen and I was fed an excuse for sympathy. I tried to contact the owner during this timeframe multiple times as no updates were provided and panic arose in the concern if the equipment was even going to be delivered. Ultimately, the equipment arrived but the delay in drop off led to issues in our setup prior to our event as well as significant stress in the lapse of communication. Overall, the equipment delivered was in good shape, but the jumper came undone a couple of times (due to poor setup and clamping of the back entry) while children were inside. The no acknowledgement, and no follow through from owner to address their error was disappointing considering we had specific conversations around the need for a timely delivery for our event. I'd be cautious booking this vendor especially for time sensitive setups.
