I had heard that the pork belly could be a bit fatty, and mine was indeed that way. It could have been fried a little longer, but it was still quite tasty. The steak was fantastic and seasoned to perfection. The rice was good, and the egg, although small, resembled a fresh farm egg. Everyone else ordered the carne asada, which they thoroughly enjoyed, as well as the fried fish dish. Everything was perfect.
