Overall great experience. If getting the Bandeja Paisa opt for the churrasco cut. It was more tender and flavorful. The shrimp ceviche was great. Everything was fresh and brought to the table quickly. The mojitos were also great and not overly sweet (mango mojito was solid) Service 5/5 Food 4/5 (only bc the steak with the bandeja needed more flavor) Ambiance 5/5

Good food, good service, good prices and good ambiance. To me this place deserves 5 stars. Alejandra was amazing, such a good vibe.

Cute spot, went in for breakfast and server was very attentive. Personally I would have liked a little more seasoning/flavor on the eggs but it was still good. The breakfast menu was a bit limited but again, it was good. They also serve some fresh juice type smoothies which I definitely recommend trying out! Give them a shot, you'll enjoy it.

Quiet little restaurant with great food. The servers didn't speak much English, which is fine, we made it work, but I was disappointed when they brought the check without asking if we were done/wanted dessert. When I asked for dessert, they said the kitchen had just closed, so I was out of luck. I ordered the parce burger, and it was phenomenal. I took a few bites as built and loved everything about it. With the size being so overwhelming, I did end up picking it apart and eating my favorite bits but would have eaten the whole thing as is if I could. I asked for no tomatoes, and it came with tomatoes. I guess, given the language barrier, there are worse things, but only because it's a preference and not an allergy. It does seem like had it been an allergy, and the kitchen closed shortly after we arrived, I might have been out of luck here, too. I would go back, but earlier in the day. I think it might be a 5 star review restaurant in that case.

Stopped by this Colombian restaurant in Orlando for a quick lunch and overall had a good experience. The food was flavorful and authentic definitely a great spot if you're craving something traditional. We ordered the bandeja paisa, which was delicious and well-prepared, but the price felt a bit steep for what you get. Still, the quality and taste made up for it. Service was quick and the atmosphere was casual and welcoming. Great option for a satisfying lunch if your in the area just be ready to pay a little more than

This is a decente place. I've eaten here a few times and my experience has been more than pleasant. The attention is great, good ambience and most of the food is really good, kind of pricey but you could afford coming here once in a while. The bandeja paisa is good along with the fried snapper and the Ajiaco. The Parce Burger was something I was waiting to have for a long time but is actually not Amazing, is just ok, now the size is pretty impressive but I what it has in size lacks in flavor. The empanas are tasty but $9 for 5 super mini empanadas is kind not worth it. Give it a try, I'm sure your experience will be satisfactory in general.

What a wonderful surprise. I was somewhat reticent to try it because the rating but I stopped in nonetheless as the location just happened to be convenient. I'm so glad I did. First, the service was great. The waitress was absolutely fantastic: she was pleasant, informative, and had a great attitude. I think, but don't quote me, her name was Alejandra or Adriana, something like that. The food was great! We had the soup (Mondongo) and the the Bandeja Paisa, pictured below. Both were absolutely delicious. I will say this as well, portion sizes are big. We could have easily shared either dish. If I wanted to be critical, I'd say the music was a little on the louder side but that's just me, as I prefer soft jazz. Nonetheless, the experience brought me back to my visits of Colombia and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend. Bon Appétit or better said...Buen Provecho!

Steak, fried plantains, fries, and a side salad

My steak was overdone, but was still moist and tasty. The portions were good and everything tasted alright. The onions on top were a bit much, and the fries could have been seasoned better. The server was very friendly, but the atmosphere was just ok. Not bad, but not the best.

This restaurant is located in the Deerfield plaza off john young. I always come to it for tLa Fortuna bakery which is amazing, but this place caught my eye and so I gave it a try. It was fairly empty at lunch time with only one table occupied. I had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated as the staff chatted around the kitchen watching me. Food: I ordered the traditional plate called "Mini Bandeja Paisa" which the place is named after. On the menu, you get a "FULL" size plate for $17.99. I opted for the mini version of this for $13.99 so not to overea. I was surprised because the mini is 1/3 the size of an original and doesn't come with sausage nor blood sausage, but the price is only $4 difference. I was quite disattisfied as the rice was dry and hard, the meat overcooked and the only positive was the beans. I unfortunately cannot recommend this spot and would say PASS. Try the bakery down the way if in the area. Hopefully they improve or won't last long like the many other businesses that have occupied this spot.

Bandeja Paisa is a small Colombian restaurant located inside & in the back of Deerfield Plaza on John Young Prkway. Easy to get to from 417 and 528. We made reservations, but upon arrival, I realized that was unnecessary. We were running late, it did not matter, the place, which is decent sized, was empty except for 4 other guests. The server came right over and took our drinks order, water, fresh lemonade & papaya shake. Apps: empanadas- crispy outside, fluffy inside. Green, herby sauce served with them was very herby, spicy but really no flavor. Entrees: mini bandeja paisa, $13.99: white rice, beans, arepa(corn cake), pork chicharrón, steak, chorizo, avocado. Here is the good. The beans were great, creamy & flavorful. The steak was cooked nicely & tasted really good. Maduros were not super sweet but were fried nicely. The chorizo had good flavor but no spicy kick. Not good, the chicharrón. I do not like pork that taste & smells like pork; this did both. Also, were not as crispy. The arepa was bland, like no salt at all. Lomo Salteado, $20.99: steak with onions & jalapeños, with peppers & cherry tomatoes with ponzu sauce on fries and white rice on the side. This dish was good, except that I am accustomed to this dish with fries mixed with the steak not served on top. Dessert: tres leches, good. Sweet. Cake could have been fluffier. The service was really good. All the servers were attentive to our needs, requests. They were friendly. Overall not bad, small improvements & I may return.

On Saturday night, I was on my home from shopping and driving around with my husband and decided to place a pickup order. We were close to the restaurant, so we knew we had to wait a bit until our order was ready. We got into the parking lot, which was packed and had to park right by the restaurant building while we waited; no problem. Fifteen minutes passed and I got a text that the order was ready. I proceeded inside and went to the bar (pickup bar?). As I got there, I told a server I was there for pickup and told her my name. She told me that my order would be coming out shortly. I waited a few minutes and decided to look at the receipts that were with the orders and did not see my name. There were a few orders that I could not see the name; not even the receipt and I did not want to touch the orders, so I kept waiting. I waited about 16 minutes until another server asked for my name. She looked at the order right in front of me and handed it to me. Ridiculous! The ambiance in the restaurant is very fun, and again, their food is delish, but their pickup process sucks. Sorry, no pictures as I was upset and starving.

Service was super friendly and helpful - they made us feel right at home! You may know Colombian food is very heavy otherwise I would have liked to order more but I had to save a little room for dessert. One true sign of an authentic Colombian restaurant is their breads (Pan de bono was served and it was amazing) and their dessert. Not tiramisu but brevas con queso.
