This place is fantastic!…read more Fresh, delicious food with endless options. Try the Fried Cheese appetizer! The ceviche is great, fajitas are sizzling, and there are plenty of options for the kids. Complimentary chips and refried beans. Excellent friendly and attentive service with a smile. They must have checked on us 6 or 7 times after serving the main course. Live music after 8pm. Nice clean environment. This place deserves all the praise it's getting and more. Come early because everybody knows how good this place truly is!

This review reflects only my personal experience, as the rest of my group had no issues with their…read moreorders. There were seven of us for Taco Tuesday, and from the moment we sat down, our waitress seemed irritated that she had to serve our table. We ordered quickly because we already knew what we wanted. I ordered four Birria tacos on corn tortillas ($19.00) and a michelada ($9.90). Everyone else's food came out correctly, but mine did not. The tacos were clearly served on flour tortillas instead of corn. I politely pointed out the mistake and asked for them to be replaced. Instead of correcting the order, the waitress brought back the exact same plate and looked me in the eye while insisting they were corn tortillas. They absolutely were not, and my friends confirmed the same. I refused to eat them and ended up taking them home for my daughter. What makes this especially upsetting is that this isn't just about getting an order wrong--mistakes happen. The problem is that the restaurant chose to lie rather than fix it. If this had been a customer with a gluten allergy or celiac disease, the consequences could have been serious. Serving the wrong food is one thing; knowingly trying to pass it off as something it isn't is completely unacceptable and incredibly irresponsible.

Tijuana Flats is so underrated! It's been a go-to for casual, good food for my family for a while…read more First of all, they have the best chips and guac of any similar chain (Chipotle, etc.) Their chips are seasoned, fresh, and not greasy and the guac is consistently really good. My dad used to not like guac until he tried theirs. I usually get the quesadillas, which come with chips. There are different meal options, which I appreciate because meals come with soda at most places and I don't drink soda. You can add just sides of rice and beans for a couple dollars, or that plus a drink for a couple dollars more. They also have a salsa bar with a ton of options. I like the Smack My Ass sauce, which is like a sweet chili sauce and not spicy at all. Their cookie dough flautas are one of my favorite desserts in the world. If you're a cookie dough lover like me, they're an absolute must-try.

I enjoy the black bean roll ups and the kids really enjoy the kids quesadilla. It comes with a drink and apple sauce. The hot sauce bar is fun and HOT. THE art work is very fun inside. Local elementary school kids recently did a ceiling tile for them. It's a fun place and the 35 plus times we've been in, the staff is super friendly. More food pics to come.
