This Coral Springs location has only been open about a month. It used to be a Peruvian restaurant called Italo (same owner), and honestly the exterior still carries that awkward in-between energy. Blacked-out glass, neon, very much "is this a vape shop or an adult bookstore?" vibes. Then you walk inside -- and it's a complete personality shift. The interior is a full-on nerd shrine: Star Wars posters, Marvel art, retro signs, guitars on the wall, framed pop culture everywhere. Clean, bright, casual, and clearly meant to be fun. It feels intentional, not kitschy. The food absolutely backs it up. These are Venezuelan-style smash burgers -- double patties, aggressively juicy, stacked with white cheese, Munster, bacon, potato stix, and a soft toasted bun that somehow holds together despite the chaos. You can see it in the cross-section: no dry beef, no filler, just meat, fat, cheese, and crunch. But the real differentiator here is the sauce situation.
