I got the set of enchiladas that have one of each: cheese, beef and chicken. The chicken was really good and if I'm ever back, I'll get something with grilled chicken. I wouldn't get enchiladas again. They were just ok. It was nice that they did half cheese sauce and half red sauce for me. I decided that I'm not a huge fan of their cheese sauce. It's ok. Every time that my wife and I come to this restaurant, the food is excellent, and the service is quick, thorough, and friendly. The inside of the restaurant is clean, well appointed, fun, and updated. They also have recently added a covered and heated patio. The food is always hot and fresh. The chips are very tasty. My wife consistently gets the enchiladas Tapatias. I generally either get the fajitas or my new "go to" is the fajita burrito. It's excellent! It has all of the fajita vegetables and meats, but in a burrito. They also have a quesadilla which I have pictured and it's excellent! They usually have a special or two for lunch and for dinner. They also offer a free white queso dip for every table. Other places charge five dollars or more for this. Give them a try and you won't be sorry. read more

Stopped in for a late lunch. Was pleasantly surprised when they brought a decent salsa with the chips AND a good white queso as well. I was impressed with the extensive menu. There was a lot of seafood which is not extremely common for this part of the world. So I opted for the Arroz Con Maricos which was shrimp and scallops mixed with twice and cheese sauce. I actually enjoyed the shrimp more than the scallops, which was surprising because I love scallops. There was a surprising amount of food. Stopped for dinner. Our first time at this establishment and it was nice we will definitely return. Even though they were very busy the staff was great. The sweet tea definitely met our expectations and the food was delivered hot and way more than we could eat. We had the vegetarian fajitas. The quality and quantity was way more than we expected for the price at dinner. While we were there as a couple and there were two large groups having their own celebrations we still received top notch service. We will return in the future. read more

Go to Dewey OK to eat Mexican food! We arrived at 1:15 PM on Sunday and the Sunday crowd was still there. There were a few folks starting to leave, so we were lucky enough to get a table immediately. This is a small tightly packed little restaurant. With the close quarters and being tightly packed it was very noisy! The customer service here really stands out. We were seated in seconds; a waiter followed us to the table with chips and salsa, took our drink order and he was ready to take our meal order. The food came to our table quickly. We were checked on every few minutes to see if there was anything we needed and to check our satisfaction with the meal. Sabores was staffed to handle the restaurant full of diners. They must have had five or six waiters/waitresses working. Every one working there was very friendly and focused on providing customer service. Even the waiters/waitresses that were not working our table would check on us too! Great customer service! The salsa they serve is very mild. It almost tastes more like spaghetti sauce than a Mexican salsa. They do have a hotter and spicier version. Ask for it, it is very good. Also ask for an order of chili toreados. They bring out two big jalapenos, grilled onions, and pico de gallo, all covered in seasoning. It is a nice accompaniment to the meal! We had the Sopes de Mexico and the El Molcajate. I recommend them both. They were big plates of food with great tasting sides. The Molcajate had a mild chipotle sauce on it along with fresh Mexican cheese, nopales, onions and loads of beef and chicken. Don't stop to eat Mexican food in Bartlesville. Just three miles north on 75 is Sabores. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant, in fact I think it's my favorite in Bartlesville and Dewey as of now. Wanted to try some place different and this place is always busy, so my mom and I went by. The staff was extremely kind. The place was very clean(that's my mom's big issue with a lot, the dirtiness). The tables weren't sticky, the floor looks well maintained. The benches and chairs had a few holes but other than that great. But the food was fantastic. My mom had carnitas and I had the el alambre. Both so yummy and large portions! We both took enough home to have another meal. It was hot and fresh with great seasoning. The salsa, queso and guacamole were all fabulous also! Definitely try it! read more

I have been to sabores more than 5 times in the past couple months and every time I have a great time. Their carne asada is delicious and their generous amounts of chips and salsa are always great. Took my family here today 9/10/20 Thursday.....was not very impressed at all...With all the reviews I thought I was taking my family to a great restaurant. Yes we were seated immediately but they were very slow...was very cramped no elbow room what so ever...Yes the waiter was prompted to come get our drink orders....but brought them out 2 at a time...we had 4 adults and 3 babies with us...with the babies getting hungry and tired I quickly ordered them their meals...I had to send one back because it was not the right order...one was wanting a hot dog and they brought me a corn dog... the hot dog they brought out was burnt and bun was hard and fries cold....the other meal was a chicken nugget meal...the "nuggets" were 2 big chicken strips over cooked and burnt too...third meal was good....after my grand babies meals were brought out we us adults had to wait like 10 minutes maybe less to get our orders, and even after we placed them it took a very long time to get our food...by this time we had two sleeping babies...My youngest grandson who is 1 spilled my daughter's drink, no one offered to come and help clean the mess up and did not offer to refill her drink we had to ask for napkins to clean the mess up, plus they left water, pop standing in a puddle on the floor in front of our table...causing my daughter's boyfriend to almost fall, when he got up to help with one of the sleeping babies...when we left the water was still there by the way...Our order finally comes out, everything is not cooked right...steak over done did not bring me a steak knife...shrimp burnt, one meal was suppose to come with 4 items, only received one, there was no seasoning on any of the food it was bland, cold, and diffidently not worth $77.21...waiter did not come and see if we needed anything or if everything was okay...we had to wait and ask when he finally did show up to get refills...so I asked to see the manager because frankly I was pissed with the poor service and food....she acted like she did not care and did nothing except say oh I'm sorry...wth....then asked for the go containers, and had my daughter and her boyfriend, take the food to the car and the babies too, I had to be very careful not to fall to pay for the stuff, the girl who took my payment was nice, I get out to the car and my kids are telling me while I was still in the restaurant, it looked like the sent an employee to block the drive way, like I wasn't going to pay for their shit....Needless to say not a very happy customer..WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO THERE!!!!
