I love this store! Black woman owned. Clothes are so cute and different than the typical stuff you'd find elsewhere and lots of sizes and styles for curvier women. I shop here anytime I have a special event, am going on vacation or just want a cute outfit for a date or going out. They have everything from casual wear to evening wear, accessories and shoes. The girls who work here are super helpful! And there are multiple locations so if one store doesn't have your desired color or size in something, one of the other stores probably will. Did a mini-spree today and Braylen & Sasha helped us. This place is definitely a hidden gem. Pro tip: tell the girls what you are looking for and let them pull stuff for you. The 1- star reviews all have the same thing in common which is how inflexible this boutique is with their customers' concerns. 7 days return policy says it all. I spent $300 that day and needed to swap a blouse for a different size. No exchanges even if they have the size you need in stock & the purchased item has never been worn. You'll spend your hard earned $$$ here then turn around and waste it if you happened to purchase the wrong size. Disappointing. They do not care about their customers and I notice the owner tends to reply here only to the good reviews, smh. read more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ONLINE ORDERS. My in-store experience was great, but my online experience order was horrible. I received my order on 8/23/23, I needed a smaller size. I called the number for online orders a few times but no one answered the phone. It wasn't the week of 8/31/23 (the 8th day) that I spoke to a manager (Inglewood location) on the phone. Her tone was passive-aggressive and disparaging. Initially, she tried to brush me off. She told me that the department was closed for the day. I didn't believe her so I wasn't getting off the phone until I got an answer. She put me on hold and then came back to the phone with a solution. "But I thought the department was closed" The policy says if you need to return items, please send within 7 days after receiving your order. Authorization is required before returning or will be subject to a 30% restock fee. THE PROBLEM IS YOU CAN'T GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE FOR THE AUTHORIZATION. If they're that busy, they need to change the store policy or hire more people to work. Then to try and charge the customer 30% when they're negligent is unfair. The out-of-store experience is just as important as the in-store experience. I will not spend my money at a business like this. I try to support black businesses but don't appreciate the way I was treated as the consumer. read more
