We called her, gave her our scenario, and she told us she could do the loan. Our home contract had gone belly up when our previous lender had missed our closing date on December 9th. They even had roadblock after roadblock with the previous lender, including ethical issues that Linda coached us through. And she still managed to close on our house 10 days later.
