The inside is upstairs and in a small and inviting room that is cutely decorated and clean. She is very welcoming and listens to what you want out of your treatment. I have been to her for a basic facial and the oxygeno facial for face and neck. Both times were fantastic. The facials were relaxing and time was taken through every step. He site was easy to use and allows you to book online, which was super convenient. The suite that she rents is nice and there is ample on-site parking available. As far as the service- before we started Angela checked out my skin and made sure I have a proper skin care routine. She uses dermalogica products which are not cheap and has all the latest equipment (steamer, heated bed, etc). Angela suggested I get the hydrating facial and it did not disappoint. I get facials regularly and can honestly say this is one of the most thorough ones I've gotten. The facial which came with extractions- and can I tell you she got EVERYTHING outta my face! My face also feels so much smoother than before and is glowing. I highly recommend her services and thank her for her professionalism and knowledge.

Before I ever lived in NY, I heard about how Bonnie gives "the best facials in existence" from my entire family. No surprise that she has all 5 star reviews on Yelp. The experience was somehow even better than anticipated. Bonnie is a real master of her craft. She can and will restore even the most inflamed irritates and stressed out skin. She has all the knowledge and training of from her years working in dermatology, her expertise is clear, but so is her CARE. She cares for her clients and their skin. Also she is so kind and sweet. We did a deep cleaning (because my skin needed it!) A peel and LED light therapy. With Blue and red light. The Blue kills the bacteria and red heals the skin and its anti aging, but with one treatment you get a nice glow. While I don't care much about having a tan, I do value the bacteria zapping benefits and found the warm light to be very relaxing. Can't tell you how bad my skin has been due to stress and masks etc., It feels really wonderful to have my skin deeply and thoroughly cleaned by a professional. Not only does my skin feel and look better, I feel more relaxed. Bonnie also gave me tips to improve my skin care regimen, let me know my current moisturizer is clogging my pores, but suggested a few to try and even wrote out a very helpful post-facial care summary for me! Bonnie was so lovely and so careful. She had a mask and visor on, every patient completes a COVID safety form *before* their appointment and theres plenty of hand sanitizer and extra masks when you get there. I had a few painful ear pimples from mask wearing and Bonnie got them (without me having to she did cleaned every zit behind my ears under my chin on along my hairline). She also gave me a clean mask to wear home! Bring an extra mask so you don't have to put your dirty mask on your newly cleaned face! She does have plenty extra in case you forget. I know times are stressful and tough right now, but if you've been thinking about prioritizing your self-care and skincare, I couldn't recommend Bonnie enough!

When I arrived, the clothes were already prepared for me, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. They also had a balm station afterward to help you rehydrate and refresh. I tried the new "Power Up" massage, which was more of a full-body experience rather than focusing on just one area -- a great quick reset. The headrest area had a disposable towel that gets swapped out for each guest, which felt clean and hygienic overall.
