I texted her to get a touch up and she forgot who I was. Once she found out who I was, she told me I don't get a touch up because my original appointment was apparently a "touch up" (she did not tell me this) because one of her students had done my eyebrows a YEAR prior. She also said that she should have charged me even more because it was "corrective", even though again, it was one of her students. She didn't give me any of this information even though she INSISTS that she did and that I am completely in the wrong. I don't believe that is how you should communicate with your clients if you want them to come back. Now I have to get my eyebrows completely redone. Long story short: Waste of money.
