When I made it to my appointment, Cynthia was the only "Lashita" present, but when I had someone as amazing as her, why would I need anyone else? She introduced herself, showed me the different lashes, pictures of before and after and even invited me to feel the lashes. After she took me back to the room and my wonderful lash application process began. Cynthia, who is also the manager, made me feel so comfortable. She invited me to ask questions anytime throughout the process, and she provided in depth explanations. I'm very happy with the outcome of my lashes and plan to visit again in a few weeks!
