Still my go-to nail salon after 3 years and I continue to feel more welcomed each time I come. I have recently switched from getting gel manicures to dip powder manicures and I love it. It keeps my nails strong and I'm able to enjoy them at a longer length. That is, until it keeps me from typing, which I do a lot of at work. The polish never chips and I always get compliments on them. Ken and Hanh are still great. They do a great job at maintaining the flow of getting customers in. I personally have no problem when they are too busy to work me in. I don't like feeling rushed out and not getting quality work or service anywhere. I'm sure their other regulars and employees appreciate this as well. Oh Lisa, Tina, and Lulu are still there and I like seeing familiar faces when I frequent a business. No fancy chandeliers or water fountains here but what you will find is a great friendly neighborhood feel. I hear them greet their regulars by name all the time, myself included. They are currently going through some expansion at the moment. I am happy to see their business growing and am looking forward to the upcoming renovations. read more

I stopped in for a pedicure on Sunday afternoon and was able to get in immediately despite there being 4-5 others already being worked on. This location is beautiful, bright and clean and has a lot of special touches like the book of nail polish samples, rather than being overwhelmed by a huge wall of nail polish bottles. There is also a full bar that I enjoyed use of and comfortable massage chairs with all digital controls. I appreciate that I was asked the pedi I wanted when I checked in (rather than feeling pressured when I was already in the chair) and he didn't try to upsell me when I selected the cheapest. Cost-wise, it's on par with other nail salons, even with all of the updates/amenities. Linda gave me a perfect pedicure and I look forward to stopping back in to see her. read more

I went for the first time on Sat. 5/15. It took a long time and she had to redo two of them again. It also cost $48.00 after tip. By Tuesday I had 3-4 nails that had completely peeled or chipped off. I called because the salon was not open again until Sat the 5/ 22 so I had to wait Even though they agreed to redo them. The 2nd set looked beautiful but it is Weds and I have 2 nails that have peeled off or chopped so badly that I had to cut them down! I have no idea what the deal is, maybe their gel polish is bad? Well... when I first started going here it was okay, but every single time it always lifted. And then they started on my nails one time, they stopped and started doing some lady that walked in and I had an appointment and had been waiting for over an hour. Eventually somebody did come and finish my nails. And they continue to lift not even a week after. Never going back, wouldn't recommend. read more

Stepping into the nail salon is really pretty. However, this is 3rd time I've tried to get my nails done here and the wait is 2 hours!!! Never that many ppl just not enough nail techs. Was looking for a new place and ran across the gem. It was a Tuesday early afternoon and we didn't have an appointment. Walked in and was greeted immediately by a very nice man. Asked if they had time to fit us in. Since it was slow at that point, they got us right in. We were made comfortable and offered drinks. Tina and Lisa did the a great job. They were very professional and very nice. I very much enjoyed the pedicure and will definitely return. Next time, it's mani-pedi for sure! I would most definitely recommend Bliss to anyone. I have been here many times, sometimes changing my travel route just to come through Fort Worth so I can get my nails done here. The staff is very friendly, always addressing the patrons by name and asking how they are doing. The work is consistently done well. We've been coming here off and on for years, and I really wanted this to be our place. But every time I've come in unless the man does my nails they look awful. The last three times I've done dip nails there has been trash in them, rough looking and way too thick. My pedicure is great but the nails not so much. My daughter had tips put on they were visibly crooked and when she mentioned it to the lady she was rude and said I'm not done. When she was done she said see and bent her fingers forcibly to show her and they were still crooked (I witnessed the exchange). I have taught my daughter to speak up respectfully when you are paying for a service if she isn't satisfied and be classy about it. So we left and we left a nice tip as we usually do, but we will not return. So sad it's a beautiful place but the employees need better training and the owners should make sure their clients are satisfied, specially when people are spending 200$ at their salon. May not be much to some but I work hard for that money! read more

Came in here on a whim looking to get my nails did and they accommodated me right away. Ken was doing my nails and knows his way around my digits so well. His hands were so soft and delightful, like little puffs of clouds. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone! When you first enter the salon, you can't help but notice how clean and dust free it is! It is very organized and nicely decorated. I am what you might call " a bit of a challenge customer"! I bring different design ideas with me every time I come. Let me say that they can do anything you ask of them! My nails always look Amazing!! I'm so lucky to have found them, and their prices are Amazing as well! They take the time to work with you and just what it is you want! Shop is outdated. I had my daughter and her friend with me to get their nails painted. Both are 6 years old and the staff sat me and one of the girls separate from the other girl. I asked if they could sit together and the man working there said they have assigned tables...the place was pretty much empty. I told them that I would wait then and let the girls sit together since they never see each other. They easily accommodated us then. Not sure why they didn't do that in the first place. We were never offered a drink when others that walked in before and after were checked on and offered. The manicurist doing my nails was also on phone duty so he had to keep stopping to answer the phone. One call was personal and he sat there in front of us arguing with I guess his kids. Then after hanging up the phone, he tells his wife who also works there how she messed up and forget something with their kids. I'm not at all picky, but when there are so many nail salons to choose from then a new salon should be better than the norm if they want repeat business. Also, other salons are way more friendly towards kids coming in. I felt the environment and experience fell flat. I'll make the drive, to my other salon that has kid chairs and offers drinks to everyone. I gave 3 stars because in the end the job was done and we all had our nails done. read more

I was looking for a nail salon that was open on Sundays since my other one is not and saw the great reviews for this salon, so I went in to have a mani/pedi. Everyone was nice and professional. Nails looked great when I left. Regrettably, the polish on my hands began chipping by the next day. I hurriedly put more top coat on to prevent the small chips from getting bigger and that worked. Now four days afterwards, the whole nail polish just pealed off my index finger. Sorry, never had that happen so will not recommend this place. read more
