I have been doing business with Saccucci Honda for over ten years, I bought parts through their online parts store and was so pleased with how I was treated that I flew one of my planes to Newport State Airport, more than once, and loaded up cases of Honda ATF, antifreeze and other parts. I drove all three of my Honda Pilots an hour and fifty minutes to have them perform various service work. In January of 2025 I had them install a timing belt kit on one of my Pilots. On October 24th the engine stopped while I was at a traffic light and it would not restart. I had triple A tow it back my house. Since I don't drive this Pilot during the winter I let it sit until spring 2026 to see what the problem was. I figured a battery, alternator or fuel pump. After a new battery made no difference I made an appointment to have the car towed by flatbed to Saccucci on April 13th. The service writer told me the week prior that there would be no problem with giving me a loaner car when I asked on the phone. On April 13th I rode with the tow truck driver to Saccucci. When I met with the service writer (Jason) and signed the work order I asked about the loaner car. Jason said he could not give me one. Not a good situation, especially since he told me the week before it would not be a problem. I did get a loaner car from the service writer next to Jason. On Tuesday April 14th Jason called me to tell me that timing belt had broken in two places. When I brought up the fact that the timing belt failed with less than 4000 miles and the failure occurred on October 24th, both well within the 12 month / 12,000 mile warranty period Jason told me they were NOT going to warranty it because I brought the car in April, 2026. I had them perform the necessary repair which cost me over $900.00. When I discussed this with their general operations manager and asked how he would feel about this his reply was " I wouldn't be happy but I would pay my bill". He also made it blatantly obvious that he could not care less if I was a long-time repeat customer of Saccucci Honda. I paid the bill and left. I contacted Honda of North America and told them of this situation. Long story short, I sent them all kinds of documentation, they investigated and after a week or so Honda of North America called me to tell me they were going to reimburse the entire cost of this repair. I received the check and am happy with the outcome. I called and left a voice message for Carol Saccucci to please call me. No return phone call so it's obvious the owners couldn't care less either. Will I ever buy parts from or have Saccucci Honda work on any of my Honda vehicles? Not a chance. I will however buy more Honda vehicles, but not from Saccucci Honda. read more

I know we are living in a weird period where everything is costing a lot more than a year ago, but the sales rep here tried to take this to the next level, and try to sell a car to me up costing the price more than $5k than competitors. First he told me it would cost more if i didn't finance with them, then he told me that all the other dealers lie on their websites when they listed a vehicle. There's a reason why they have more in inventory then other dealerships, nobody is probable going for their outrageous prices. In contact with several other dealerships who prices are in line with with the market average is going for. To put it in context. My wife brought our 2018 Honda CRV in because of a B1 Service Indicator light which is basically an oil change, tire rotation and then they check a bunch of fluid levels, brakes etc. My wife told them she just got new tires and didn't need the tire rotation. She arrived at 3:15 and out by 4:30. They charged her $260 for the service which didn't even include an oil filter. Whenever I take in my Subaru for a synthetic oil change with new filter it costs about $70 plus includes a comprehensive check of everything with a written report. This is highway robbery and taking advantage of a woman who is not knowledgeable about car maintenance. I will never take our car there again! read more

Stay far away from these con artists. I have a 2017 Accord that had an airbag failure light come on, checked the manual and needed to go to a dealership ASAP. I called to schedule an appointment, they were booked about a week out. I drove in the service entrance and then went inside to explain what issues were taking place. I received a call a few hours later, the man working on my car Jason is a real shyster. Over the phone he told me that this was going to be a very costly repair. He told me that the SRS indicator light was a result of my fuse box being blown from the way my dash cam was wired in. He advised me to reach out to the third party who installed my dash cam. My brother who's a BMW mechanic installed the dash cam so I knew that something seemed off with what I was being told over the phone. I told Jason I was going to run this by my brother before proceeding with the service. Jason seemed extremely concerned and understanding over the phone. My brother told me this was all bs. I went back to Saccucci the next day and told them I will not be having my car serviced and would like to have my keys back. I only paid them $130 for their diagnosis. They quoted this whole repair at over $1000. Yeah I don't have that kind of money to be scammed out of... Turns out all I needed was a $5 fuse from AutoZone. Drove over 200 miles since bringing my car here and the fuse fixed it! The guys at AutoZone were way more helpful and trustworthy than anyone at Saccucci. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

Great. I didn't buy a car here last year, although I wanted to. Saccucci didn't have the vehicle (2022 civic) I wanted in stock, and i was in a huge rush, so I went to grieco instead, and got the hard sell. That was pretty annoying since I'd already been to saccucci where the salespeople are not pushy and seem to want to actually figure out what car fits their customer best, even if it isnt something they have available. so I knew exactly what model/trim/price I was looking for, which saccucci was able to quote, just with a longer wait for delivery. There was a shortage of remote keys, so I got only 1 plus an iou from greico. so after a year of off and on calling grieco, getting the runaround, getting stuck on hold, never returning my calls. I tried calling Honda directly, and they were just like "hey it's between you and the dealer, you aren't even our customer, the dealer is, and basically we don't give a shit". I was like okay fine $25k car, I can pay another $200 for the 2nd key, this isn't worth the effort, just hadn't bothered yet. So thursday I take my car in to saccucci for an oil change (bcs grieco can go f themselves) and the tech is like, "is there anything else you need" and I'm like yeah, this key thing... lo and behold, oil change done fast, new key inside the car, no charge. they even report routine maintenance to carfax and give you free access to the report, which is nice for holding resale value. i don't know if the key thing was above and beyond or not, but I do know this major hassle I had already failed at, was just like, fixed in 30 seconds, no big thing, thanks to saccucci. 10/10 would recommend for sales and service. read more

The collision manager, Tom Blade, is not to be trusted. He treated me and my friend with contempt and was very condescending. He called us both liars and would not take a personal check to pay for repairs. Told me I needed a bank check. I never raised my voice nor swore at him yet claims I " hurt his feelings " So very unprofessional and walked away from as if to dismiss me. I know the owners and know they are not like this person but I caution anyone dealing with Tom to be careful, he may not take your payment and will probably charge you mor if you are a "self pay" vs. insurance pay So disappointed read more

I would give them 6 stars if I could! We were visiting Newport as part of a weeklong driving trip in New England when our car broke down. We knew our air conditioner compressor needed replacement soon but our regular mechanic told us we had some time. Apparently not! As we were leaving Newport, the car died. We called Saccucci Honda and told Jason our problem. He was extremely kind and helpful. We had our car towed to Saccucci and they were able to squeeze us in. Unfortunately, our part needed to be ordered so we left our car and continued on to Providence in a rental. We returned 2 days later to our retrieve our car and it is running perfectly. Throughout those 2 days they frequently communicated with us to let us know the status of the repairs. I own a 2011 CR-V and got two recall notices regarding the airbags; but since I was overseas at the time and my in-laws had the car with them in NC, I didn't have a chance to get around to it until very recently. I submitted a appointment request online and within a day or two, I got a call to schedule an appointment and confirm what I needed done. The day of the appointment, I checked in with Jose, confirmed what needed to be done and got started. I was told it'd be about 2 hours and since it was raining, I said I'd wait (they have a shuttle of sorts to take you anywhere else you need to be). They also suggested to have the brake fluid flushed but since I wasn't sure if the in-laws had that done while I was away, I told them I'd ask first before going through with it. After confirming with the father-in-law, turns out he didn't have that done so I gave Jose the heads up and made sure to have that done after they finished with the airbags. He was very professional and courteous and explained what would be done, and how much; since the recall items were free, the brake fluid flush was not, he was upfront on the cost and while he suggested I should get it done, he wasn't being pushy about it. During my wait, there was a TV, a Keurig with an assortment of K-cup coffees, as well as some free cookies, which tied me over during my wait until I was able to go home and eat. Right at the 2-hour mark, everything was completed, paid for the fluid flush and was on my way. Will definitely be back if I need to get my car serviced again. read more

Staff was friendly, but salesperson was AWFUL!!!! My husband and I went to look at a used car advertised on their website. We wound up purchasing a different automobile on the lot, one for much more money. The used car sales manager (Casey) was amazing. He went out of his way to accommodate the exchange of cars (there was an issue with the car I bought, and he made sure it was serviced and detailed before I picked it up, and even met me off-island to complete the swap). But please, PLEASE do not buy your car from Gayle Testa. She was un-engaged when we were looking at the under $10K car, and not much more enthusiastic when we wound up purchasing a different car for much more. She left a message on my husband's phone regarding the logistics for the car, and provided NO detail. And, when I called her back, she told me a different story, which was un-true when I arrive at the dealership. She never shook my hand when we made the deal that day. She shook it (coldly) only as I was leaving after signing the financing paperwork. She ignored me once the sale was complete. She wrote an email to me a week later devoid of any interest in how I was enjoying my new car, or to thank me for business, but merely to say that there was a lien on my old car for taxes that hadn't even been mailed out by the City yet, so I would have had not idea they existed. No hello, no punctuation, nothing. And I quote "There is a tax lien in Cranston must go to city hall pay it and we need verification". Forgive me if I am mistaken, but she is a SALESPERSON. All I can say is WOW (in the best way) about my recent experience with their service department and collision center. My family moved to Rhode Island in October after living my whole life in the upper Midwest. I found out about Saccucci Honda because I drove by it on the way to my parents house in Middletown. Jason Poston in your service department is a huge asset to the dealership. He has helped me with numerous things from day one, including things like spilled soda making the parking brake sticky to putting on my RI plates to inspecting the underside of the car when I drove over a curb recently. While I was there to get the underside of the car looked at I showed him some damage to the bumper from when a F150 had recently hit my parked car. I had been planning to take it to Quonset because they're like 1/4 mile from where I live, but when I was in the service department Jason grabbed Michaela from the collision center and showed her the damage. I was dubious that they could repair it just by refinishing the bumper, and so she looked it over. I didn't notice at all, but Michaela immediately saw that the trunk alignment was off. She reminded me that I'm able to take it anywhere I choose for the repair, so I cancelled my appointment with Quonset. Within a couple weeks they were able to get my car in for repair, and I had a lovely CRV to drive while it was fixed. I dropped my car off on Monday morning, and on Friday I got an email from her that my car was ready. But after that I got a call from USAA saying they found more damage and had to do another inspection. I was so confused! I called Michaela, and she immediately straightened me out. It really was ready. USAA just took their time calling me (they'd been out days prior). It's a 2017 Civic, so I was SO pleased to see that my car looks good as new. And the inside and outside were beautifully detailed. I was so happy with my experience that I will continue going to Saccucci for all my needs even though my parents moved off the island and it's a 40 minute drive each way. We went to Right Honda in Scottsdale, AZ to get a quote from Justin Sobchuk for $2,295 which is (D82) 96 months or 120K miles. We called back and spoke to another person at Right Honda but got a small cost reduction. We called Honda Care department at American Honda corporation to make sure that Sccucci Honda is legitimate and we got a positive confirmation from the Honda Care department. At the end we made the purchase from Succucci Honda for the (D82) 96 months or 120K miles and the cost was $1,395. It was fast and easy to do. Very good customer service. read more

Wow - I am still marveling at how great this place was (not at all like the normal dealerships!!) We had been to two other dealerships earlier (past two weeks), and they were horrible (Greico Honda in particular). We drove over 85 mile to see a car at Saccucci Honda, and what a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE! Due to the long drive, we asked if they would take a deposit to hold the car, and Pat at Saccucci did it! Greico Honda would not do that (and Greico sold 2 cars right under our noses, after driving 67 miles to their dealership - showing us a car, and while we were viewing it, sent another group to look at it while we were on the way back from looking at it - our salesperson took too long to park his vehicle after driving us back from looking at it at the body shop, and the other salesperson raced down with his client in a faster/nimble golf cart, beating us back to the showroom, and inking the deal = Greico is not a place we ever would want to deal with again). In any case, we are very happy to have come to Saccucci, and we met the salesperson Pat, -- he is sincerely the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He is low-pressure, knowledgeable, and really works with the customer. We were getting a car for my son Nick, who is 20 years old, and new to the process, and he made Nick feel totally welcome, and really helped him out. They carefully walk you through the process, and it is a great place for a new/young buyer, for the elderly (we saw lots of elderly folks there), and for anyone that wants a nice low-pressure great deal on a very nice car. DEALER: What a great atmosphere at this place! The owner Cora is a very sweet 94 year old lady, and sets the atmosphere for this place. There is a very cute older dog Sadie who hangs out and loves to be scratched, and lovingly wags her tail if you acknowledge her. Cookies for snacks, and water/coffee too. STAFF: Amazing! Nicole was super with a lot of the upfront stuff. And Jessica was amazing with the financial paperwork stuff! And Pat was the best salesperson we ever dealt with (car dealer and otherwise) - they should clone him! You can be sure that he will never rip you off, and he will give you the best deal possible, and be friendly/low-pressure all the way. And my kid's phone was dying, but needed it to work for the very long drive home (for the GPS), and Pat gave him his iPhone charger. He is amazing. A++++ DEALS: We drove 85 miles each way, to get this deal. It was a fully certified used Honda Accord LX, and it was thousands less than anything certified in Massachusetts. Great prep work too. And the financing special they had was a 1.49% for 36 months set up. So we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Back in the 80's, I used to work as a Service Advisor in several MA dealers, so I know a bit about the business. And now I in high-tech working as a Manager of Contracts, so I deal with suppliers, sales people, and lots of different personalities. Overall a bad experience with Saccucci and won't be returning for any future service or purchases. I purchased a used car in August. The sales transaction was fine, easy and painless - the salesperson was easy to work with, did the transaction quickly, and no issues at all. However, follow on support with the transaction has been extremely frustrating. - The car exhibited a squealing noise from a flange connection to the cat converter. Saccucci service attempted to repair it once, and wasn't successful, at which point they told me to take it somewhere else. They pointed to a TSB that specified the exact repair method, but weren't able to fix it despite the instructions provided in the TSB. I had to take it to a Mazda dealership to get it repaired (under emissions warranty), and they did so easily and successfully. - The dealership hasn't processed my title paperwork yet, and their title department is unresponsive. I have left 6 voicemails with Karen, and have not gotten any calls back. read more

I wanted to personally recognize Tom Blade, Director of the Collision Center for the outstanding support he gave me when dealing with a factory quality issue on my 2014 CRV. A driver hit my side view mirror and when I brought the car into Tom for the mirror repair, I also showed him how the paint was literally peeling off the top of my trunk. He went above and beyond any expectations to rectify a factory defect and ensure that he had a satisfied customer, when the larger Honda organization didn't want to take responsibility for the problem as the car was after all 6 years old. I have to say, in all my years of dealing with auto repairs and dealerships, I have never had anyone go out of their way to help in the way he did. It was a pleasure dealing with Tom, his professionalism, care for the customer and the high quality of work on both on the paint repair and the side mirror issue. This is probably the worst service experience I've ever had at a dealership. I called and made an appointment but had to reschedule it to the very next day due to the birth of my second child. When I went in for my appointment I showed up 15 minutes early and they made me sit for 20 minutes before anyone even talked to me. Then they said I did not have an appointment. They refused to take care of me that day even though I explained to them I made an appointment. This is the second time I've had a scheduled appointment, and the second time they said they had nothing in their system for me. They give the impression they don't give a crap. I want to spend money there but only end up wasting my time. I'd rather drive to another dealer or just go to jiffy lube. This makes me rethink even sticking with a Honda vehicle. read more
