    We are absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by Sachi & Maja throughout our wedding planning process. We worked specifically with Maggie (a literal rockstar) with support from Jolene for month-of coordination. From the initial consultation to the big day itself, they went above and beyond to ensure every detail was executed flawlessly. If anything went awry behind the scenes, we have no way of knowing as everything far exceeded our expectations. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the start. Maggie took the time to understand our vision for the wedding and offered valuable suggestions to enhance it even further. She showed enormous patience when we talked endlessly about our very specific wedding playlist. Throughout the month, she kept us organized and on track, relieving so much stress and allowing us to truly enjoy the lead-up to our big day. Their coordination skills are unparalleled. From liaising with vendors to creating detailed timelines, they orchestrated every aspect of the wedding seamlessly. On the event day, they were a calming presence, handling any unexpected challenges with grace and efficiency, leaving us free to bask in the joy of the moment. It's very evident that Maggie and Jolene (and the whole S&M team) are experienced and passionate about their work, which shines through everything they do. Understandably, a planner / coordinator can be a big cost, but it's WELL worth the expense.     Working with Sachi & Maja for our coordination and florals was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We learned about them through our venue's preferred list and after our first call with Lisa, we knew we wanted to work with them. For coordination, Maggie was our lead planner and she was amazing! She is incredibly detail oriented, professional, but personable and warm. Our day went perfectly, and we only have the most positive memories from the day. If things went wrong, we don't know and it was handled. Having a point of contact for all the logistics and not us was a game changer in terms of our overall experience. It truly was one of the best days of our lives! For florals, I was in love with Lisa's creative vision from the jump. The florals she has done for her past couples were absolutely stunning, and I knew I just had to have her do our florals too. She absolutely did not disappoint. My bouquet was the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen in my life, and I teared up when she presented it. The ceremony decor and table arrangements were a dream. I wanted loads of bright colors, and that's exactly what we got. They also created bouquets from our ceremony and reception florals as gifts to our guests, which was really special and important for us in terms of sustainability. The Sachi & Maja team are absolutely amazing to work with, and I can't recommend them enough.

    We got married on November 4, 2023 at the Asian Art Museum and Sachi & Maja helped us with both month-of coordination and florals! Genuinely, we could not have had the wedding of our dreams without them. We were able to attend our own wedding with so much excitement, joy, and delight because of Lisa and her team. It truly felt like we were free to enjoy ourselves on the most important night of our lives. In the lead up to our event, Lisa made sure to always ask us how we felt during our calls. It was such a small gesture, but it made us feel cared for. As things got more stressful, Lisa always made sure her first priority was to ease our nerves. We always came out of every call feeling refreshed and excited to continue the planning process. There were moments where we had a vision in mind but weren't able to articulate or express exactly what we wanted. Lisa made sure to listen to all our ideas and even pitched incredible ideas of her own, which allowed us to firmly visualize what we wanted for our event. Lisa always supported any vision we had and always provided helpful advice when we were confused or unsure about anything. The team on the day of the wedding was absolutely flawless. My husband and I were able to be hands off that night and just enjoy the presence of each other and all our loved ones. If anything didn't go to plan, we never knew about it. Arriving to our own event and being happily surprised by how well Sachi & Maja put together the party was one of the most memorable things about our wedding day. As for florals: We knew we wanted fall florals but that's about how far we envisioned flowers at our wedding. Lisa took that idea and put together the most GORGEOUS florals I could've dreamed of. All of my favorite flowers in one bouquet. I teared up seeing my bouquet for the first time. Her florals were such a wonderful touch to the wedding party and the venue and made our entire event come together beautifully. We will be recommending Sachi & Maja to every single future engaged couple I know. Our wedding wouldn't have been half the exciting and perfect event if it wasn't for Lisa and her team.     We worked with Lisa and the Sachi & Maja team to coordinate our June 2024 wedding, and it was hands-down the best decision we made! We'd recommend her to anyone planning a wedding--reach out to her, stat! Sachi & Maja book out fast and far because they are simply the best at what they do. We chose the 6-month planning package, and the resources Lisa provided even before the official start of our planning period were invaluable. Her vendor list made it easy to find amazing people, and every vendor we talked to raved about working with her. Lisa's checklists kept us confident that we were on top of things, and when we wavered, she offered the support we needed. Her organization, efficiency, and attention are unmatched, and she somehow made it feel easy to pull off a 150-person event seamlessly. Lisa is also an absolutely brilliant florist! She was able to run with our small floral budget to utilize it to greatest effect. She executed something perfect for our personal aesthetics that complemented our venues perfectly (and flexed between two wildly different-feeling ceremony and reception venues, making it feel more cohesive!) Our wedding was somewhat non-traditional, as an intercultural couple that also wanted to push back on some traditional ideas of what a wedding can be. She helped us refine our vision, weave together our cultural traditions in an authentic way, and execute on how to bring our people together, balancing creativity with practicality. There were never ideas too big or details too small for Lisa - she was always eager to ideate with us about what things could look like, and get real with us about what it would look like to execute. Whether you want a traditional or non-traditional celebration, Lisa will guide you every step of the way. The day of any wedding can be an anxious and chaotic experience, but we never felt those feelings largely due to the tremendous support of Lisa and her staff. They were highly communicative and diligently prepared for just about anything. Their depth of experience really shines through on the day-of to ensure your sole focus will be on having fun with all of your loved ones. We wanted a planner to keep us on track, but we got so much more--Lisa made us feel cared for and truly seen throughout our wedding planning process. Lisa is one of the most kind and genuine people we have ever met, and everyone we met on her team was equally incredible.

Jessica & LaShawna are freaking stars! The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. THEY WORK HARD!! and I mean, they pay attention to every single little detail to make sure the place looks beautiful and perfect. It was so impressive, we all couldn't stop talking about it. The wedding day went seamless, on time, and without a single issue. Jessica and LaShawna were there every step of the way, speaking to each other through their own personal headpieces. If anything came up or if I had any questions, they were there and ready to help where needed. My wedding wouldn't have gone as well as it did without them, I promise. I feel so grateful to have had the best team out there!! We also decided to hire the CLE House cleanup crew which was fantastic as well! Janet did a great job and cleaning/tidying up fast and making sure we got back all of our stuff. Thank you so much for being the reason why my wedding day went so perfectly CLE House!!!

Although we did not purchase a full package from TDE, Carina and Jackson worked seamlessly with the rest of our chosen vendors. They (and the TDE team) were extremely organized, communicative, and supportive. One thing I really appreciated was that my husband was cc'd on every single email so that I wouldn't have to play middle man to relay every message to him as well. On the day of, Carina and Jackson went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. They were so thoughtful and considerate throughout the entire process. We got so many compliments from our family members about Jackson's MCing. Our wedding party also really loved how Carina kept everyone organized and on schedule. It was easy to schedule a free consultation,…read morewhere we first spoke with Otis, and could ask many questions up front before deciding to move forward. Otis was kind with great attention to detail from the start. Ultimately, we decided with the glam package and our contract was very clear to understand with cost breakdown for removal of specific services / add-ons. I updated it many times with Jessica, our planner, as we made changes throughout the months, and she was always so patient and clear. Our MC Otis did a wonderful job with maintaining flow of the program. Otis was also working as DJ for a good portion of the evening, so props to him! We had closer to an hour compared to 1.5 hours of open dancing because we were behind schedule, but everybody was on the dance floor and he kept the party going seamlessly. Weddings are hectic and there are so many moving parts; we did get behind schedule but we were still able to do everything we wanted to do. Our photo & video services were set to end, but Otis was very professional in discussing with us if we wanted to extend our video services, communicative on additional cost, at the moment. Our photographer, Ben, along with the team Stanford and videographer, Christina, were so fun to work with. Ben was great at providing direction, which is especially helpful since we were not used to posing. I have not received photo & video yet as it has only been a week, but from an experience standpoint, they were attentive to detail, communicative, and glided effortlessly through the event. My makeup artist, Vivi, is the sweetest person. She was super attentive to detail and my particular skin type. I was worried about makeup because I don't wear heavy makeup often. I ended up paying for a make-up trial, and I was so happy working with Vivi that I had no worries for the wedding day. We also added-on make up for our mothers, which Vivi did the morning of. The reception decor turned out so pretty! Everything was set-up as scheduled. I was really happy with the welcome backdrop and name sign. It was also great to take pictures with guests with the backdrop since we had time during cocktail hour. We asked TDE to incorporate a large screen as the backdrop of our sweetheart table, so we found an example from a previous wedding they did, and it turned out exactly as expected. We added the photo-booth, which was so popular with the guests! There were so many cool props and our guests were having tons of fun with it. I also sent TDE a custom drawing that I wanted for the photo strips- and it turned out just like I imagined. We chose Grand Dynasty as our reception venue, and TDE communicated set-up details with our restaurant event manager, Esmond, in the days leading up to the event. I highly recommend TDE and the team that we worked with! Thank you for making it an unforgettable experience.

One month out, we made the decision to hire Theresa for their day-of wedding coordination, and that was the best decision we made. She helped us create a detailed timeline, to-do's, scoped out the venue with us, managed our vendors, helped setup and breakdown and of course managed the entire day-of timeline. Thanks to Theresa and team we were able to feel like guests at our own wedding. I had the most peaceful time getting ready because I know Theresa was all over it. To our surprise, she also speaks Vietnamese which came in SO handy when communicating with both our Vietnamese parents before the walk out/intro and father daughter dance, etc. a huge plus! We initially spoke with several other planners, but after our first call with Kimberly, we knew we wanted her to be the one helping us plan our event this past October in Sonoma. We insisted that Kimberly was our go-to with ASE. ASE has several levels of planning packages depending on what you are looking for. My Husband and I decided to go with the partial planning package and it was the perfect balance for us. We are from the Chicagoland area so having a planner in California where we were getting married was essential. Kimberly is also well-connected in wine country/the wedding industry and has relationships with many of the vendors who ASE has worked with over the years. This is a major perk, since she was able to point us in the direction of some of the best vendors out there! We always felt like we were in the right hands and were provided high quality recommendations by Kimberly. Throughout the past year of planning with Kimberly she was always kind and had such a positive attitude. Aside from being our wedding planner, Kimberly felt like a friend. Not only did we hear from several of our vendors how much they loved working with Kimberly and how organized she was, even several of our friends asked who she was because they noticed how on top of everything she was at the wedding. Everyone tells you how stressful wedding planning can be, especially since our entire planning process was virtual and during covid, but ours was carefree and fun! You also hear "something is going to go wrong the day of" but my husband and I can say that our day was flawless. If something did go wrong, it was nothing made known or visible to either us or any of our guests. When my Husband and I returned to our hotel room at the end of that night, Kimberly and her assistant had already returned all our signs and personal belongings to our room. They laid out my veil on the bed with our welcome sign so beautifully (see pic). Although this was a small gesture, we felt it was so thoughtful to walk back to at the end of what was already the perfect day! One final touch if you will! I have said to my husband on numerous occasions recently that I wish our wedding planning wasn't over and how I want to experience our day all over again and he agrees! She had the great idea to pick up Crumbl catering for our Rehearsal Dinner, which was also my husband's birthday, because she knew how special that would be for us. This is just the smallest example of Kelly's thoughtfulness throughout the whole process. Our wedding planning process presented extreme challenges between having to postpone a full year due to the pandemic and having to find a new venue/caterer/other vendors after our original venue burned down, but Kelly had my back every step of the way. She worked tirelessly to give us the best options while still taking our budget and preferences into consideration. The day would not have been possible without her and we are forever grateful for her dedication, her hard work, and her genuine love for what she does. Three months later, anytime we see our friends and family, they still talk about how perfect and absolutely stunning our wedding day and weekend was. I knew our day would be special but it was beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of.
