Really wanted to love this place -- it's a small, local sushi spot with a loyal crowd and super friendly service. Our waitress even went out of her way to hand-make a chili for us when we asked for more spice (which was such a nice touch). That said, the food itself fell a little flat. The dishes I tried just lacked flavor and depth -- nothing particularly bad, just not very memorable. On the bright side, they do offer a ton of vegetarian and vegan options, which is great for plant-based diners. We got 3 high chairs and all 3 were very sticky and dirty. We left them out for her to clean and the waitress literally told us to put them back. I told her they needed to be cleaned before putting them back. She started making a scene and telling all the other customers around we were rude and got all the high chairs out and didn't put them back. I asked her to stop being rude and watch her attitude. She responded if you don't like it, you can leave. So we left. So disappointed, as we were regulars there and ate at that place at least once or twice a week. It was extremely busy, but the staffing was very nice and kind and prompt and letting us know that they'll be clearing a table for us promptly. First off, the service was terrible. Everybody seemed very rushed and not willing to answer any questions about their menu. After receiving my order, I asked if I had received the correct order since it looked nothing like what I had ordered. Nobody spoke English well enough to seem to understand me or tell me what order I had been given. I ended up not eating the food because I was so angry with the whole interaction that I didn't want to eat the mystery meal I had been given and went home and cooked. Okay so i usually go to another sushi spot. But me and my husband wanted to try out a different spot. There was so many reviews for this spot so i thought okay yeah lets go. Oh no biggest mistake. So the sushi first off wasnt that good. The only thing i liked was their yellowtail. The salmon we kept choking on. The tuna was slimy. The crab puffs tasted weird and the sweet and sour sauce it came with was this unusal purple pink color. The teriyaki bowls were very rubbery and tasteless. Price was outrageous. I counted it up and there was 30 dollars unaccounted for. I didnt want to make a big scene so i just paid and started to leave. Thats not even the end of it. The lady came rushing to our table and got the bill and in front of everyone very loudly said "Theres no tip here!? You didnt put tip here?! We didnt charge you for tip? You need to put tip!?" I honestly thought maybe the unaccounted 30 dollars was some kind of automatic tip that was charged. I embarrassingly said sorry i thought you charged it and marked the tip and left. Im sorry but im never coming here ever again. Ive had way better sushi at Sushi Ten and i should've stayed away from this place. I have never felt the need to put such a review, but this was so unusal for me and i already suffer from anxiety so nope never again. read more

I was sad when they closed the other location so we had to drive up to try this one! It was delicious we got gyoza, two super Vegas rolls, a rainbow roll and a Philly roll. I'm not one to usually write reviews, but this was the worst dining experience I've ever had. My family and I came in at 6pm with a reservation to which the staff was already confused about. We got seated and a waiter finally came to ask us drink orders after 20 minutes of silence. We ordered food another 20 minutes later, only after calling a waiter over to us. The food took another 40 minutes, and we didn't even receive all of it. Only after another hour of part of my party sitting without food did I get up to ask somebody about our missing food items, which they brought out quickly. Here's the kicker... all of the food was terrible. The ramen that I ordered was terrible, a solid 2/10, and the sushi that my party was waiting over an hour for, was mushy and gross. read more

This was my favorite place. I will never go here again. Because we've had the same issue multiple times. It was only two of us and we ordered one appetizer. Two rolls. And one sashimi plate. One roll was vegetarian and requires baking so I expect it make take a few minutes longer. Which is fine. However on multiple occasions everything else has been eaten and we're stuck waiting. And waiting. And waiting. Over twenty minutes today. Until we finally asked. And lo and behold they hadn't even started my tofu roll. Finally I gave up and canceled when I saw they were still gathering ingredients. It's tofu. It's a simple roll. It should take five minutes longer because it's baked. And yet? Multiple times it's eons later than literally everything else. So I'm stuck hungry and waiting while my husband has finished. And from a customer service perspective we didn't even get an apology when I noted it was a very long wait and nobody had communicated with us and I didn't want to wait any longer. You'd think the least they could do was apologize? Again, I don't expect everything to come out simultaneously but when we've ordered such a small order and nobody bothered to keep track of it? Multiple times? Unacceptable. I would be understanding if this was the first time. People forget. It was busy. But this is literally most of the times I've ordered this roll. So if you want a vegetarian roll go elsewhere. Not worth it to wait and lack of customer service for such a prolonged and unreasonable wait. read more

The sushi is average, there is nothing that stands out about it. The online order form wasn't working so I had to call. I always feel rushed when trying to order and they repeat back your order so fast that I miss half of it. This last time they charged me for an extra roll that I didn't order but apparently the person on the phone thought I did. They also don't give you an itemized receipt, they just tell you how much it is when you get there and take your card. It is usually ready quickly so that is a plus.
