I bought everything myself for my bathroom beforehand, tiles, caulk, vanity, shower fixings, etc. The only thing they bought was dura rock and drywall. The day of the demo they brought a 1 crowbar and 1 hammer to demo plaster! They had to borrow my husband's tools, trash can, tarps, masks, it was ridiculous. They put in my tile all messed up crooked, weaves in and out horrible job!!!. The owner then tells me after I signed a contract that I had to pay extra money because he "didn't know I had plaster walls for demo" Um BS the house was built in the 50s your telling me you "didn't know" plus we told you and had a whole conversation for 45 min about it. This company will make you feel like you are to blame for all their mistakes. When I told the owner about all the tile that was chipped and half-assed put in he said well if I would have paid more then he would have fixed it. Who says things like that? Oh, and they don't practice lead safety practices either I had to get OSHA involved. Point of this story again DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY GARY HE IS HORRIBLE. and by the way, the job was started in May 2019 and it is still not complete. I spoke with his wife and told her it wasn't finished and got no response back yet. It is not almost September 2019.
