He kept…read morepainfully messing up the iv 3 times in the right arm before finally getting it in the left. then after surgery I was prescribed 6 pills of 50 mg tramadol HCL to be used with advil/tylenol this was not enough I was still in severe pain. after contacting dr spatifora he said everywhere was out of codene and they would find something else. they didn't res pond back, they left me out to dry in pain with nothing besides self purchased advil/tylenol. worst experience ever! After 3 days of no response I finally reached back out to see if Mabye I could get some proper medication so I could return to my classes and not be in horrific pain however to my suprise there was only office staff there so the best solution was she could take down my name and get back to me on Monday.i dont think it's asking that much just a little medicine to get me through the pain of having my wisdom teeth removed. the advil I bought is not doing the trick my mouth hurts like a bitch.

It was Saturday about 11am when I was finally able to find an Oral Surgeon who was not only open, but was willing wait for me to drive the hour long trip to her office. Which is a big deal when you consider they closed at noon and that's about when I would be arriving. When I walked into the office I was greeted by a staff wearing smiles like they'd just hit the Powerball. They got me in, sat me down and made me feel like a long lost brother who had just come home. That's when The Heroine of the story walked in. Yup it was Dr. Pamela Alberto an actual Oral Surgeon, and she was open for business, Baby. (meaning she was ready to deal with that foul tooth.) I've been to dentists before, but I have never had an experience like Dr. Alberto. She was amazing. Even the numbing shots she put into my gums were painless. When she went to work she knew exactly what she was doing. There was no hesitation, no guessing. Bada Bing Bada Boom Betty Boop and the tooth was out. And let me tell ya, my teeth don't come out easy. I've had regular Dentists give up. It's Dr. Pamela Alberto and her excellent staff for this man from now on. I met with Dr. Alberto and she was very reassuring that she would take good care of me. I am on day 2 and it's hard to tell from looking at me that I had surgery. There is practically no swelling. There is very little pain. I am taking 1 Advil and a Tylenol for pain, just as a precaution. I can't say enough about how relieved and PLEASED ,I am with my experience with Dr. Alberto and her wonderful staff.

They have no care for people or their time. Then I receive a bill almost a YEAR LATER for nonsense. When I called to speak to the receptionist about what the bill was for, because it didn't say on it, she was COMPLETELY rude and aggressive. It was weird. We only went here because it was the only place our insurance would approve, but do yourself a favor and run far far away from this place. If you have to travel farther, do it. This place is awful. Dr. Klein told me what to expect during the procedure, and he told me what was happening as the procedure progressed. I was in the dental chair for one half hour, and the job was done. Post operation procedures were provided on two sheets of paper, and I've had no problems in the three days since. The intake person was courteous as were the other people that came in contact with me during my visit. One never looks forward to a tooth extraction, but if I ever need the procedure again, I'll go back to them. Four star only because Dr. Klein speaks in rapid fire sentences, and you have to dwell on every word to make sure you understand. His having a covid-19 mask on didn't help.

I can not recommend Sussex Endodontics. In Aug/Sept of 2024 I was referred to Sussex Endodontics…read morefor a root canal on a tooth that supported a bridge. Doctor Choi told me the tooth might last 5 years but not 10 years. A report (which I have a copy of) was sent to my dentist saying prognosis was good but guarded. I had the root canal, my gums were still in pain that never went away until the tooth was pulled six months later. My dentist filled the tooth and installed a new bridge. Total cost was over $8k. Six months later still in pain, S.E. referred me to an oral surgeon who said the tooth would not last six months. Six weeks later it abscessed and the new bridge had to be destroyed to remove the tootn. I now have no bridge (need an implant for it) and an empty space in my mouth and I am out the $2k for the root canal plus the cost of the bridge. Total cost was over $8k for root canal and bridge. I now have to spend more than that to get bone graphs, implant, and a new bridge. I will never go there again.
